Drivers from China needs to get a transcript of their DLs if their DLs are
not in dual languages(Chinese/English), this is just to avoid any
unnecessary troubles. Drivers out of the States are allowed to drive with
DLs issued by their home country for up to 1 year.
The latest version of Chinese DL is dual-lingual.

post-doc, all retracted just before he is up for tenure (ouch). He used

呵呵呵。。你能说出来这么难听的话我一点都不奇怪。
像你这样一个人，三十多岁才毕业，被拒了无数次后刚刚找到第一份工作，工资虽然不
高，地方虽然不好，但是保证了你可以留在这个国家，和国内的朋友打起电话来有那么
一点点的优越感。其实学环境的人找工都不难，但是没料到你找的这么辛苦。。现在你
可以以跟人说“我的生活太优越了，我在那边的生活太好了，都要减肥了。。”
但是你知道么，导致你的人生这么失败的原因不是因为你笨，不是因为你穷，也不是因
为你家里没有权势。是因为你的心态。你不具备一个可以去欣赏机会，可以去提高自身
素质去追求这个机会的心里素质。。相反，当你看到机会的时候，看到有比你大为成功

HELOC是基本上不适合作任何投资的，只能是应急用。理论上从HELOC借钱比
