还是需要Line Out的，效果明显不一样。
耳放太菜了，回头重点升级一下。

我是去年12月份毕业，并且申请了OPT，从12月19号开始生效。但是找了一段时间工作
后还是决定申请Phd，因此至今也没有employment的记录。
现在的问题是我申请的学校给了我offer，但是在给我办理I20transfer之前需要填写
visa clearance form. 当我要求我现在所在的学校fill out的时候， international
office advisor告诉我如果我拿了EAD card 超过90 unemployment就 out of status了
, 我想知道是这样的吗？如果是我现在应该怎么办呢
另外我看到有个说法是opt前后都有一个60天的grace period, 我只知道前面有。谁如
果有官方链接关于opt之后的grace period麻烦给一下吧。另外就是这种情况是不是对

很多cost其实都打在rate上了， 相当于变相的rate换点。
你自己详细算笔账吧， 这里没人能帮你算具体的财务。
refin严格说好像没时间限制， 不过一般是6个月， 因为涉及到broker的commission.
如果cash out, 有说法是需要一年， 这我不知道， 因为我cash out的是超过一年的贷
款。
你如果不是长期需要的loan， 而且数额也不大的话， 不如用equity line of credit
提钱出来， 现在能拿出来的rate相当于5/1 ARM, 而且只需要$50 annual fee, 你可以
到确实需要的时候才提钱算利息， 有的还可以头几年不用付本金，
比refin的cash out还要好， 如果你不需要get better rate. |

network 医生，我要付deductable。 付满后多余的账单保险支付60%。因为我今年的
deductable还没有付满，实际上我要付这300刀。
到底这钱我该不该付？感觉似乎不太合理。在ER痛得瓷牙咧嘴，哪里还顾得上问医生收
哪个保险啊？以前在同一个ER看过若干医生，从未碰上这种情况。各位懂行的或是有相

买期房也便宜点不是。就下了单。
最近开始选厨房设置，才发现厨房居然没有vent out，而且由于不是end unit，所以连
vent out 的加钱选项都没有。 顿时崩溃了，已经交了1万多的定金了，买的时候sales
也从没有提过end unit和middle unit的区别。 我们第一次买房，真的以为抽风系统是
default的。
然后就给sale说，给我们在厨房的墙上留一个hole，我们到时候自己加抽油烟机。sale
说那得等成立了assocation后才能决定，说他们不能在墙上打洞（end unit有vent out
的加钱选项，我们现在选厨房配置才发现）。
不知道该怎么办了，大家觉得association同意的可能性大吗？
我们准备不和sale谈了。签了单，sales估计也不care了。明天要去design center选厨
房设置，准备和design center的人谈。就只是希望他们能在厨房的墙上给留一个大点
的hole。

另外，能不能这样操作:
1， 把自住房A做cash out refinance (as primary residence,这样可以cash out比较
多，另外手续费少).
2， 等3-4 个月后，拿这些cash out的钱+自己的积蓄，当down payment.买大的自住房
B。
3， 换了大房子B后，把自己的A换成investment property.

这个医生是in network的，所以也就没多想。
没想到做完之后收到医院病理科的两张大帐单，
一共快两千块了。
才知道虽然这个医生是in network，
但是他们医院，特别是帮我做病理分析的医生是out of network的。
于是抓狂。两千大洋啊。
问医生，他说帮我打电话问问，看怎么样，
但也说这些是out of his control的。
我给病理医生的billing打电话，他们说保险不付你就要付，
总不能让我们白干活吧。
我给保险公司打电话，人说，
你是没有out of network benefit的，所以只能你付，或者说让帮你做procedure的
医生跟病理医生看能不能write off。
我的医生同意帮试试，但估计不会很上心，也不会很快，

这个。 刚收到保险公司的 支付的 信。 保险好像支付了 35%， 剩下的70%左右，
被列在了 NOT COVERED/EXCEED BENEFIT 一览。 估计几天后 肯定 会受到 医生所在
公司的 账单。
问一下， 一般 保险公司，顶多 支付 50% 左右 医生 CHARGE 的 钱。 但是 对于，
OUT OF NETWROK 的 情况， 病人 难道 要支付 所有的 没有 COVER的 费用吗？

of network 的医生，保险不cover，要我付近300刀。
向保险公司appeal，一个月后收到回信，说申诉成功，因为是ER,保险公司帮我付。几
周后又收到回信，说前面一封信不算数了，经过重新审查维持原判，由于是out of
network 医生，我要付deductable。 付满后多余的账单保险支付60%。因为我今年的
deductable还没有付满，实际上我要付这300刀。
到底这钱我该不该付？感觉似乎不太合理。在ER痛得瓷牙咧嘴，哪里还顾得上问医生收
哪个保险啊？以前在同一个ER看过若干医生，从未碰上这种情况。各位懂行的或是有相
似经历的能出出主意吗？ |

比方说：
OUT OF NETWORK 的医院CHARGE 我100块钱。
我的保险，因为是医院是OUT OF NETWORK 的， 有5块钱的DISCOUNT. 然后再按100-5=
95 块钱去算该付医院多少钱。
但是医院还是要按100 钱CHARGE 我， 根本不理5块钱的DISCOUUNT。
这个怎么处理？医院应不应该被强制接受5块钱的DISCOUNT？ |

我之前提交过申请opt out。今天查annual report时发现transunion有相应记录

visa卡来check out。但是groupon的网页显示可以用amex的卡check out。不知道大家
有没有类似情况？ |
