Most likely outcome is less minorities will be admitted, and that will

展了若干基因研究项目，涉及大量的血样采集，引起了国内媒介和公众的关注。
这里公布的材料，或许有助于关心这件事的人们了解一些情况。
材料的来源主要是负责这些项目的哈佛大学公共卫生学院副教授徐希平博士
向美国国家卫生所(NIH)申请资助的文书，他与他人联名发表的论文，以及美国
媒介的相关报道。这些材料全部是公开的，可以从互联网上获得，也可以向NIH
信息自由办公室(Freedom of Information Agency)直接索取。
NIH资助徐希平的项目有多少？

years in China's history, Qing can hardly be an exception.
Second, if UK can develop into a modern country, why cannot China? Through
its own development and fair trade with all over the world, why can it not?

今天收到NIGMS director 的公开信，里面明白着说单个实验室不应该拿到超过三个R01
（除非是clinical research), 并明白指出这个动向的原因是：
1。在钱的总数有限的情况下，一个实验室拿到多的钱就会导致另外一个实验室拿到的
钱变少。
2。大实验室对博士后和研究生培养不利，因为导师的注意力被分散了。
3。从统计上来看，大实验室的成果并不和资金成正比
