，开了4000多miles，有manufacture warranty 到2016 （or 36，000 miles），
extended warranty 再加两年（ or 24，000 miles）
dealer报价19k， 我看了下KBB是16.5K， 从来没有在dealer那里买过车，不知道砍价
到什么程度，15k可行吗？有点担心会不会被dealer打出来：）打算12.31那天去，请教
版上的前辈们，如何和dealer砍价比较合适？有什么问题要注意？
穷人又胆小，想买个稍微结实点的，不知道这个passat算不算个好选择

上还是比较礼貌的，如果他们做不了就会推荐你其他的型号或者pre owned 的。在国内

Has everything like premium package, seat heating, etc.
Does not have parking sensor and screen, have all other packages and options
that are available in 2011. Clean title, carfax. I have title in hand.

命推荐另一辆黑色的内米黄的，给车价$21,000，而自己看上那个白色的$27,000. 配置
据说是一样，黑色的便宜是说这车在那很久了经理下指令要尽快出手。我不太喜欢的，
但是呢好像也挺划算，当时脑子一热交了$500订金
回来想想还是不太想要那个黑色，想要白色的，然后dealer来电话是说了改主意，对方
给价说$24,999,不能再低了，我砍说$21,000,他说不可能，我直接退钱给你好了。我说
那我再想想，然后挂电话前，salesman又说或者$24,000是可能的。。。。。。
然后，我不知道怎么办了，坛子里大家有啥说的没？：）

OFFER,但是由于双方在细节上谈不拢,没有成交.现在这套房子又重新上市,价格也有所
下调,我们还是想买这套房子,给原来的AGENT讲,他说银行不会再考虑我们的OFFER,请问
是不是这样? 我们可不可以换个AGENT向银行发一个新OFFER?

人只列了W银行,而且房子比市场价低的多, 向W银行发OFFER后, W银行给的CONTRA
OFFER 其实很多是就是AUTCTION的条款,想问问这种情况下,是不是会有陷阱? 有没有可
能H银行会追讨SECOND MORTGAGE 的可能?
