想买车，都已经准备要交钱了，dealer发现我只有learner‘s permit后脸一拉，说在
加州必须有驾照才能买车。然后他建议说让我先用朋友的驾照买车，弄成双owner。等
我有了驾照之后才去DMV去掉我朋友的名字。
请教各位大神，这样操作会不会有什么问题？

1.就一个owner, type是 personal lease vehicle。请问私人拥有的车通常的type是什
么？
2.car history上最后一条记录显示：resgistration issued or renewed loan or
lien reported.这个会存在什么贷款问题吗？（但是在carfax和autocheck的title
history上都显示ok的。。）

excellent condition. still have 1.3 year original warranty plus 2-year CPO
warranty.
