before, many people that I know speak highly of him.
It is a class V rapid, and Bill was try to rescue a swimmer or a float-away
boat when fell off a fall. Autopsy indicate that he died of broken neck.

slightly below USD $50. The paddle is glued for you to swing as soon as you receive it.

就是由原来的寸挪变成开始滑行了。最关键还是手掌手臂推水的动作。这非常的得益于
克里斯同学送给我的hand
paddles。一开始使用的时候并不能完全体味到这其中的好处。时间长了，慢慢的，力
量就开始练出来一点点了，推水
的动作的力量也大起来。今天发现进步明显有三点支持证据：1，以前划水后即使只有
半迷的距离到池底的标记，我还
是需要划起码两三次水才到；现在则是一次划水就能到达这个水下标记的方位了；2，
前滚翻登壁后，以前大概划水总
共需要17下才到对面池壁，现在需要14下（带了hand paddles的话需要11下）。这个次
数是指单臂划水次数（不算
双臂，算的话就x2就行了）；3， 我超了旁边泳道的女生。当然，也许她刚好是比我更
慢的人。不过，我有事实证明
我是比以前快了。哈哈哈。今天游泳，是在开完实验室会议后才去的。有些晚了。还是
坚持游完一公里，再游300米的
仰泳，和300米的练习。游仰泳的时候，不小心摸了旁边泳道的帅哥/也许是美女一把，
因为仰泳目前阶段还没法完全
游直线，当游太靠对方泳道时，就不小心出现揩油现象了。ha~

1) The dog paddle is optional.
It is just a way of building confident for the beginner in the water.
It is easier to learn how to breathe out of the two strokes.
I used to have a student struggled to learn to breathe on freestyle until I
taught her the dog paddle.
2)The ideal temperature for the kids probably should be 5 degree higher then
normal and the lesson shold be an hour or less. |

when using the paddles because it can cause shoulder injuries. i usually do
some drills with them when i am bored or tired.
underwater dolphine kicking with fins - good for core muscles
kicking with fins - leg muscles
swimming with fins - develop a stroke path specific for high speed
swimming with paddles and fins - synchronize the kick and stroke,emphasize
body rotation.

initiated near the elbow rather than at the hand. The closer you move the
effort (force) toward your lat, the more fully it will be engaged and reduce

发帖数: 18174 | 34 TI这种掰开揉碎的教法真好，能坚持下来的肯定都游的很好。
你说的转髋问题，热身的时候可以在地上找找感觉。面对墙，手向上举起按在墙上，找
把腋窝（不是手，不是肘，不是屁股）按到墙里去的感觉，转肩和转髋就就八九不离十。
在水里练的办法是戴上hand paddle，做drill的时候保持滑行时间长一点，掌心向下。
因为handle paddle的阻力，想比较省力达到同样的转体幅度只能从armpit处压下去。
找别人帮忙看看，看起来比较轻巧地“侧翻”算合格----从肩到屁股，一侧入水，另一
侧对称地翘起来。
短距离sprinter慎用。 |

发帖数: 19210 | 35 最近好像小有进步，但还没有突飞猛进。说说这两周的训练感受。
1。要练drill。我现在每次下水都是先练catch-up，sculling，再戴上paddles练catch
-up，戴上fins练划水，最后才是不戴toys游。练drills把动作分细了练，可以提高水
感，注重动作的到位。paddles同时还练力量。
2。不要急，欲速则不达在游泳里体现得很充分。一个是训练要放慢，要拉长。二是在
改进动作时可能会比以前慢或者停止不前，但是不用急，只有break旧习惯，建立好新
习惯后，好的动作的优势才能逐渐体现出来。
3。stretch cord对力量训练有好处，关键是方便，可以随身带，任何时候有空都可以
拿出来拉拉。 |

象很拗口的样子。因为我的口语没那么好，读这种绕口令倍感艰辛。
后来跟人说起，别人的建议是：多好一故事，try it, try it and you may! 想想也有
道理，不管是不是绕口，再读给他听。他开始感兴趣了，笑得咯咯的。更有效果的是，

这好像是微软从来不关心的问题。
如果微软造车，是很可能对每个系列的车，开车是要上个培训班才能学会。
刹车paddle和加速paddle位置可能会换来换去。

2。我一直是说基本刚性，这至少是传统的对voltage sensor的理解。当然微观到一定
程度总归是有微小结构改变的。但是一般说“变形”，那就至少要有2级或3级结构的明
显改变了，这不是完全不可能，但是是需要很多证据才能让这个大家信服的。
3。voltage sensor带的电荷，或者说是氨基酸带的电荷，由pH值和氨基酸的等电点（
pI，每个氨基酸的pI是固定值)值决定，和跨膜电压无关。所以不存在charge voltage
sensor的问题。
最后关于paddle model，首先我想强调的是大多数人还是不信paddle model的，所以
voltage sensor相对刚性还是主流意见。我单独回个贴简单说一下 |
