校的移民律师。移民律师确认说不仅可以教书，而且还可以get paid。可能是因为无论
是我的H1B的申请材料还是我的人事处档案中都没有关于我的工作描述。也就是说没有
证据证明我现有的博后不包含teaching的职责。终于能教课了我很高兴，好不容易才得
到这个机会。但我现在很担心该不该要teaching这份收入，会不会给我的绿卡（485上
周才递出去）带来麻烦？ |

我OPT在朋友的startup公司挂靠做engineer，offer letter上写的是paid,我也一直在
帮他
干活，然而我根本没有拿到钱，朋友一直在等投资到账。现在快到90天了，朋友说他也
是刚开始做公司，不知道怎么给我搞W2之类的税表，最多可以给我写个personal
paycheck。
我已经在找下一份工作了，但是入职还要一段时间，OPT开始90天之内肯定来不及入职
了。这段时间对绿卡和OPT extension有影响吗？我应该怎么办才能把损失降到最小呢
？如果只是损失点钱还好，就当免费给朋友帮忙了，也算认清一个人了。怕的是对身份
有影响啊
