继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的
。果然，前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候，发现iv掉出来了，肿了好大一个包，不知道
什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

算是纯凭个人观点总结的对比吧~
天气：两个地方都处于Patagonia地区，也就是说都会出现那种从晴朗少云到狂风暴雨
只需几小时的极端天气。通过这次（3-4月）与上次（12月）的对比，包括我跟一些当
地人的交谈，似乎每年里从2月底到3月，是这一地区天气最为稳定的季节（也是，这次
这么多天，只在Paine被狂风吹倒过1次……）。另外，个人感觉Paine地区，尤其是
Paine Circuit的北线，非常容易下雨，经常一下就是一两天不停的那种，而且每场风
雨之间的window晴朗期都异常短暂（这次在北线呆了快一个礼拜，每次晴朗期只持续半
天就开始阴云汇拢）……相比而言，Paine W线反倒稍好些，至少能偶尔出现1整天到1.
5天的好天气。这一次不知是我撞倒了大运还是El Chalten地区本身就比Paine雨少，我
在Chalten的几天里除了离开的时候开始下雨，其余的几天全都是有太阳有云的好日子~
秋色：这一条几乎是专门真对4月这个时候而言的。非常肯定的是，El Chalten的秋色

过Glacier Grey再离开。嘛，最后还是冰川的诱惑占了上风~于是我用了一天的时间从
Las Torres赶路到Campamento Italiano。
这一天路上升起了袅袅白雾，为这块土地增添了一份神秘的色彩。
秋色依然灿烂
离开Campamento Italiano，我决定在Paine Grande的营地留一晚上。这个营地的湖边
是看Paine Cuernos相当不错的位置。
日出前天边一片绯红
四月的日出，Paine Cuernos在Lago Pehoe中的倒影依然平静。如果是在夏天的话，日
出时太阳光会正好照亮Paine Cuernos。
这一天的天气相当不错，阳光灿烂~后来我才发觉，原来Paine的天气相当的区域性，大
环线上似乎雨水更多。相对的，W线更容易迎来一些个阳光灿烂的日子~

第一次南下Patagonia，只去了Argentina这一边的Los Glaciers National Park，然后
被纯净的冰川雪峰给深深打动了————同时也对Patagonia地区的狂风以及
unpredictable的天气有了相当深刻的认识。那个时候我还不知道在Andes的另一边，有
着另一处著名的Patagonia风景区：Chile的Torres del Paine National Park。当年回
家之后，越想越觉得在El Calafate以及冰川那里没呆够，于是开始search各种
Patagonia的资料，想着以后有机会再去。结果就是这一通search，我看到了一张Paine

慢慢可以恢复，可一个月过去了，才好了六成的样子，单左脚尖可以把自己顶起来但很
吃力。今天仔佃查了下，应该是跟腱炎achilles tendon；期间还是一直在练球，休息
不够，变成像网球肘一样的毛病了。悲惨啊，接下来打球不能跑不能跳了。。。

看这个版也有几年了，一直觉得这个版挺和谐，有很多有用的帖子。我一般不大记得住

Trekker的乐园：El Chalten vs. Torres del Paine 简介
Patagonia作为世界上两大trekking capital之一（另一个是坐拥Himalaya与Annapurna
等山系的Nepal），有着风光旖旎的多条徒步路线。从简单的day hike，到demanding级
别的multi days backpacking，应有尽有。这其中最有名的，当属位于Argentina El
Chalten的Los Glaciers National Park，与Chile境内的Torres del Paine National
Park。这一次我有幸把这两条路线都近乎完整地走了一遍（继续对被迫无法完成Paine
Circuit表示耿耿于怀……），简单记录下我对这两条经典Patagonia trekking路线的

Patagonia，音译巴塔哥尼亚，意译(南美洲的)大脚。位于南美洲最南端智利和阿根廷
边界，狂风肆虐，地广人稀，遍地冰川雪峰湖泊河流密林和各色野生动物。智利百内国
家公园(Torres Del Paine)是这里的一颗明珠。Torres在西班牙语里是塔峰，Paine是
蓝色，Torres Del Paine意为蓝色的群峰。
智利是南美最发达的国家，警察也以廉洁出名，所以我们没有什么顾虑，拖家带口地就
来了， 除了在Patagonia玩了一个星期，还在智利中部首都圣地亚哥附近呆了三天。总
结在游记的末尾。
---漫长的旅程---
因为是来世界的尽头，所以行程比较恐怖，大概是这样的：
墨西哥城(Mexico City)四面环山，空气污染严重，从飞机上望去整个城市被雾霾笼罩
。机场比较破旧，跟九十年代末期的上海虹桥机场或者北京首都机场差不多。我在里面
呆了一会儿就来了过敏症状，眼泪鼻涕止不住地往下流，赶紧吃了片过敏药才缓过来。

最近一个多月都在受腰腿疼的困扰。因为以前也有腰痛的问题，刚开始没有太在意，结
果一个来月了都没有好。看了中医说我脊椎有问题，拍了xray说没问题。周末预约了
EMG希望能找到病因。
但是我自己诊断是坐骨神经痛，但是病因不详。只是症状和网上很像，从腰部开
始痛到大腿，小腿外侧一直到脚背，麻痛感。夜里疼痛感加重。我是时轻时重。我现在
找到了一种可以缓解疼痛的睡姿就是把腿抬起来。我也担心这种睡姿会对健康不利。
德州版貌似潜水的人很多，不知道谁有这方面的治疗经验，不管中医西医还是保健偏分
