The current #Occupier of the White House loves to tell us about the “failed
policies of the past…” But let’s have a look at what the real failed
policies of the past are:
The War on Poverty.
According to the Census Bureau, in 1966 the poverty rate was 11.8%. It has
remained in a range between 8.7% and 12.3% for the last 46 years. Fail.
Giving money to people with no strings attached does not eliminate poverty.

The question is how to copy a file or subfolder from some floder and paste
into
other folder without changing the date of the file and subfolder?
for example, if the original file is modified 2012-March-6 12:00pm.
After copy and paste, the new file should still show date modified as
2012-March-6 12:00pm.

A combination of interfaces and good ol’ copy and paste is the way Go
currently implements sortable slices. This is of course a terrible, terrible
idea. The names of your types will end up being StringSet, IntSet, and
FloatSet. When you find a bug you’ll be forced to go through all of the
instances where you copied and pasted, fix it and hope you don’t miss any.
This is clearly not a sustainable way to ‘implement’ generics. |

If you are talking about the end of some longer
period of time, then of course you would say
"...in the last two years of before he retired..."
(cannot use "past" here). |

如果用"cut"然后paste: 只能拷过去Folder文件夹， 内含文件一个都不动。
删除也必须到最底层子目录去一个一个一层层删上来。
如果用"copy"然后paste， 文件还可以拷过去。
不知这算啥毛病， 以前没有发生过。
是否意味着外接硬盘开始出状况了 |

很奇怪，原来没问题，我可以在vnc（on linux)和windows之间自由的copy/paste. 但
是渐渐的就不行了。我试了试不同的vnc都一样。现在用的是vnc viewer,setting里面
都是allow sharing of clipboard。我也试过windows reboot, vnc reset.
是在想不出原因，大家有没有什么建议？谢谢了县！ |

Debian and Ubuntu in virtualbox.
copy paste within debian, within ubuntu, within W7 alone works fine.
copy paste between any of the above 2 stops working several hours after
rebooting/restarting. Usually has to reboot Debian and Ubuntu first thing in
the morning, because the internet is also "timed out". But W7 always has
internet, no need to reboot for a month.
Anyone has the same problem? |

Enter, to leave some space for pasting the table, then do it again:

Then from Excel copy the table, then back to word, put the cursor in the
blank space you just left,
File/page set up/margin-orientation-landscape
Then paste as special as Worksheet. |
