who really knows, given its recent huge ups and downs in a short period of
time.
Sentiment in tiny but weak regional banks turned over earlier this Monday.
Next round may take quite a while to draw near.
Great care has to be taken in trading highly volatile stocks. One principle
worth adhering to might be, never to buy on the top or even on the half |

因为次级贷款烂掉，公司连续大幅write off不良贷款，
共计亏损1200 Million.
2011年，烂贷款清理的差不多了，经济也开始回暖，
2,3,4季度都盈利，账目基本持平。
2012， 一季度也维持盈利，20M左右。
公司已经稳住基本盘，进入缓慢恢复的过程。
股价比一年前翻了差不多一倍了。
安全性：
公司的tier 1 ratio等，持续改善，远高于联邦要求；
坏账率也在下降。中短期，不存在被FDIC关门的风险。
我的短期评价：
这个股票的盈利应该问题不大，因为最近房市好像不错的样子，
他的所在地michigan 州，汽车业也在复苏。
所以，盈利应该不会比上季度少。
另外，这个季度他还会apply deferred tax credit，他前几年至少
亏掉1000 M， 应该够他credit一阵子的。
这些都是好的一方面。
长期这个公司基本面没问题，可以拿得住。
短期，我冲进去就是要抢在股票pre ER run之前冲进去，
要是那个credit 一apply， 股价就得上20$ 了
不好的方面：

more than 50% in May. I remember those interesting days PCBC fell 70%
first, to be lower than UWBK, but bounced back 40% to $2.8 be higher, then
MM left PCBC, PCBC lower again and stay around $1.3, but UWBK plunged 50%.
It was interesting watching prices of the two banks. |

这个股票的盈利应该问题不大，因为最近房市好像不错的样子，

PCBC一般比CRBC的季报早几天，然后两个公司的
的市场价值也差不多。
最后PCBC被收购，每股45$, 按那个估值来算。
今天的CRBC至少应该值30$吧？ |

AIG前几天就说发行 $45 的Warrant,也就是说
$45是合理价格，那AIG为什么用了这么多天才回到$45呢?
同样的事情发生在去年的PCBC, 当时说Ford成为大股东，
但价格是$0.2/share,价格之低，让人以为点错小数点了，
因为当时PCBC的价格在>$1.5，PCBC最终还是回到了
$0.2一股，但花了大半年时间，
作为小散，是否可以利用这个Market inefficiency呢?
比如Short,但很多时候很疑惑的一点是，我TMD一
小散都想到了，那班用超级计算机算Arbitrage的
会想不到? |
