predicted. That means the final PD will be even better than the latest NVC
date. For example, Phillipine FB4 Visa Bulliten reached 1/1/1991 in the
September 2010 VB! The guy in this article had PD of 1989 and he got fee
notice. The people with PD 1990 may not receive any notice, but they still
got current. In my opinion, the NVC date is the most conservative date and

happened after their PD has a big jump---was there any retrogress ?
I think right now EB2IC may have a similar situation this summer; everyone
believes PD will have a big jump into 2008; if that's true what's going to
happen after that ? do you think the PD will retrogress again ? or keep moving
forward ? thanks ! |

quarter of FY 2012. It may stick to one date for several months before
retrogression. I have explained why last week. The newly submitted cases
will not be ready for approval in the first quarter of FY 2012. It takes 3-4
months to get ready.
If you look at the Philippine FB4 date movement, you will have some ideas.
Currently PH FB4 is in 1988.
May 2010-1987 (DOS realized the demand was not enough, notified NVC)

Many Indians have received NVC notice in the fist half of 2009. Several
months ago we were talking about PD movement to April 2008, but it turns out
the reality is even more opmistic than our expecation. I would say even the
prediction based on NVC notice is kind of conservative. I predict the PD
will move to 2010 in this summer.

，是08年初左右的，他最近在办EB1b。我听说有同单位的同事使用别人留下的PD一说，
具体又不明白。我的问题是如果我同事的EB1很快顺利办下来拿到卡了，他的EB2就半途
作废了是吗？那我可以要求employer把我的PD改成他的吗？这样也许要不了多久我就
current了。我们各自办的perm和140，各自的A number当然也不一样。 |

7/31/07 to be able to collect more 485. Otherwise, not many 485s can be
collected.(married after submitted 485,eb3 to eb2,not caught up with
deadline). I predict next month PD will be 8/15/07. |

个。12月的PD已经到2008年3月。
最近刚好拿到一个心仪的offer，如跳槽的话， 公司答应半年后重新开始办绿卡。工作
性质变动不大，PD倒是可能可以port过去。 但现在听说Perm 和 140 办得很慢。 所以
有疑虑。
我的情况是不是该跳？

my PD is 06/01/2009. Say if, by the time I can file I140 with new company,
the EB2C already moves to 08/01/2009, then I can't file 140 and 485 together
, and I have to file I140 and then I485.
Do I understand correctly?
18 months is really a long time, but with current pace, I expect get to file

递485。律师说现在可以新公司旧公司两边一起办，可以这样share一个PD吗？ 如果用
旧公司的PD file 485,会不会影响之后新公司relink the PD呢？

易的。时间会拉的多长，很难说。最好的情况是demands和SO 小于或相差不大.这样10

Before 485, your company could withdraw your approved I-140 after you leave.
Then, you lost your PD. There is no safe period after which your company

如果你的case已经分配给签证官，但是在一堆材料的后面，那么你有的等了，哪怕你的
PD是07年，RD是12/11或者01/12的，他慢慢批，只要有名额估计是时间早晚的问题
如果你才交的材料，但是正好赶上一个签证官批完以前的，正准备那一批新的，而你的
也正好在最上面，那么恭喜你了，你很快就绿的，即使你PD是12/08的
后进先出是肯定的，就看运气了 |
