当回祥林嫂，上来诉一下苦。前几天买了辆新车，自然要再买对pedal，本来是件挺美
好的事儿，结果被shoe/pedal/cleat折腾了一把。
买pedal的时候财迷了一下，想买个二手的，就在craigslist上找了一个卖look carbon
的。去了一看，原来是个专卖roadie散件的小白。就跟他商量了一下，拿aerobar换了
pedals，反正有新的tri bike了。
回家一看，傻X了：这pedal跟我现有的look delta cleat不work. 老婆问我怎么愁眉
苦脸的，我说：我真傻，真的。我原以为look的产品都是兼容的，没想到delta和keo不
兼容。。。
于是在LBS拿车的时候买了keo cleats，订了双tri shoes（没有我的号码）. 打算以后

nashbar pedal (i used these pedals a few years ago). does the right pedal
work? try tilting the cleats.
FYI "SPD compatible" means only that the cleats can be mounted on SPD shoes.
it does not say what cleats are compatible with these pedals.

Do the following routine 2-3 times:
(1) un-clip one pedal, and pedal with the other leg for 40 strokes. switch
leg. repeat 4-6 times (each leg gets 4-6 x 40 strokes).
(2) clip in both pedals, easy spin for 5 minutes.
after you're done, clip in both pedals and ride with 80%-90% effort for 10
minutes, you'll feel the huge improvement in your pedaling efficiency, and

发帖数: 609 | 9 大家在讨论买车的时候往往都关心的是车的安全性， 大小，车座位的数目，车的耗油
量的问题。我发现好像有一个很重要的因素被忽略了，那就是开车人的身高。如果说是
从一个家庭的角度来考虑买车那就意味着有一半或者甚至更多的时间女方在开车。很多
亚洲女性的身高都在一米六左右那就意味为了够得到油门刹车她们不得不将不得不将车
的座位使劲往前调。
现在所以车在方向盘上都有安全气囊，根据安全要求驾驶员的前胸方与向盘的距离至少
应该有10英寸. 因为如果距离小于10英寸的话，安全气囊不但起不到保护的作用可能在
弹开的时候还会有致命的危险。这就是为什么在安全气囊普及的初期受到很大的反对的
原因。
可是据我的观察很多中国女生由于脚太短，为了操作方便不得不将座位使劲向前移动，
所以向盘的距离非常的近，远小于10英寸。这个问题对于大的SUV尤其明显。
现在在板上讨论的很受欢迎的两款buick enclave和 volvo xc90，都是没有adjustable
pedal的. 请问大家买这两款车的时候有考你的这个问题吗。我老婆的身高只有 1 米

pedal费力，只是没有新pedal那么严重。
是不是换个新cleats会好一些？有没有推荐？- 好像REI卖一付SH-51就要$20

road bike), felt some hot spot , especially around the cleats if the trip
is longer than 15 miles. so I decided to give regular road pedal a try,
found out it is difficult to start and stop with the road pedal, this is
comparing to the mountain pedal I used to have. those cleats are so slippery
to walking on the road .When I try to stop. I have to make sure the bike is
completely stopped before I can touch the ground. |

铁人2015说的Eggbeater是clipless。如果你是要platform pedal的话，一般都比较结
实但是重。平面大，带有钉子，与鞋底的接触较好。Crankbrothers 的5050差不多这个
价钱吧。 |

一个问题，距离长了（30mile+），脚掌就会发麻。不知道是由于CB的pedal太小，还是
R076L的底不够硬。
搬家换车之后，在考虑要不要换成shimano 5700的pedal。另外鞋有什么推荐？谢谢 |

几种，书不在手头，记得一个是vox的，vox是创始生产wah pedal的，所以最为
正宗，不过推荐那款价格也比较贵，list price好象有$250。另外推荐了一款
是Dunlop的GCB 95F，musiciansfried has it,

wah pedal里面一个关键器件是电感，当初创始的时候是一家意大利厂商生产的电感，
就叫Fasel电感，好象是后来断货了，直到最近才有美国代理供货，guitar world推荐
的vox和dunlop都是用了这种电感，95F的F stands for Fasel。
还有个dunlop crybaby GCB 95 便宜些($69)，网站上有sample试听，我看harmony
central对它评价也还行，有人说噪音太大。

wears off a piece of sole and cleat. By just practicing clip in/out in
neighborhood and a few traffic lights, the cleats and shoes' protection grip
showed some cut. I feel these thing won't last long due to necessary foot
traffic, other than pedaling/clipping.

为了避免着西装穿拖鞋，准备也向clipless靠拢了。
初步看上了Shimano的A530，原因是其中一面是platform的，可以穿普通的鞋。
据说附送的cleat是single release的，是不是要换成multiple release比较好？
还想问问这个pedal是不是可以穿MTB的shoes？我是听说MTB的鞋子要是非走路不可比
road bike舒服。
另外我要是穿MTB鞋子的话，可不可以人少车少的时候用clipless一面，人多车多经常
停的时候用platform一面？
还有鞋子有那些值得推荐的？舒适就好，平时主要是commute，也许以后周末会跟大家
学学出去画个圈。
这两天考古了一下有关pedal的帖子，还是一头雾水，请大家指教。 |

SHIMANO SPD。如果同时还骑山地车，又不像买几双不同的鞋，那么就上山地车的

店员毫不含糊的向我推荐了 fulltone TTE (tube tape echo).
还是第一次见到真正的tape echo, 我以为这个东西早就绝产了呢。
价格当然不菲 $1100，我怎么看也象专业人士吧，难道店员觉得我
是个只管拍钱的暴发户？
然后有个顾客正好在旁边，对上帝，耶稣，自由女神一起起誓，这款
使他有生以来用过的最好的delay, 用过这款，就绝不愿意在听别的
delay了，甚至提醒我，如果已婚，千万别买，不然会正日沉迷于
这块pedal, 最终搞得妻离子散。
ft, 最终没敢试，不过真是好奇，为什么tape delay就那么牛？
另，一琴行橱窗里挂出一把白色ES-335, 旧货，我没问年代，不过

我也非常喜欢 Eventide 的 TimeFactor，没用过 ModFactor, 不过这款好评如潮啊。
MT-2 是一个很 tricky 的 pedal.
我上个星期还和路易讲，不用买 pedalboard 的。 到Home Depot 割块木板，再贴上
velcro 就好了， 你看人家Zakk Wylde ..

灰了。今年八月以后，没怎么练琴，但是稍稍整理了器材。这个时候，心里的geek小人
又冒出来了。事情就是这么来的。
简单说一下这个pedal的用处。它是个midi控制器，可以控制任何midi设备。和其他
midi控制器的不同是，只有它便于脚踩。因为电脑软件可以接收midi信号，用它来控制
guitar rig这样的音箱模拟/效果器/录音软件是非常方便的。guitar rig有专配的midi
控制器，但那个要300刀左右，而且踏板的数量还少于FCB1010。作为第一代移民的不杰
出代表，这是多么难以接受的现实？!

由于FCB1010在经济型器材界早已威名远播，网上的资料相当丰富。但是实践证明，知

于6inch.
本来以为是自己这辆车的毛病，去dealer那，又量了三辆equinox,都是那么高。还说不
能调，让我买个All weather floor mat加上去。
这个All weather floor mat不能加在现在的mat上面吧(dealer让这么加）？记得
Toyota的加速门就说有的是用了两个floor mat. |

但是手臂短没有脚短那么厉害。
LD坐的时候的高度跟我差不多，手臂比我短一点，但是脚却短了很多,所以我觉得
adjutable pedals 很重要 |
