Court Reverses Baltic Gay Pride Ban

An appeals court in Lithuania has reversed an order from a lower court to
suspend a gay pride march scheduled for Saturday in Vilnius.
According to the Associated Press, the Supreme Administration Court said
Friday that “the rights to assembly and expression are guaranteed by the
European Convention and the government is obligated to defend them.”

Class".

可以申CEC，但是最好的是省提名-Provincial Nominee Program。比如BC的省提名，只
要硕士或博士毕业了，立即有资格申请，可以没有工作offer，100%被批准，前提是要
有意在BC settle。从开始申请到拿到枫叶卡大约1年。ON省的省提名似乎是要毕业后找
到全职工作，但是也是很简单的。一般加拿大毕业的，很少有人申CEC，都是走PNP。
2.我看了这个项目的申请要求有学位+1年以上全职工作经验。这样的话应该什么时候递
交申请？博士在读期间还是工作满1年以后？当然是希望尽快拿到枫叶卡。

自驾游的好处坏处大家都想得出来。也有帖子可以参考。
以下的一些经验希望能给身在北美喜欢在欧洲大陆自驾游的朋友一些参考。欢迎补充和

1）租车公司
前面提到过Sixt和Europcar。比较Avis和Hertz，我6月在德国提车，法国还车，
Hertz便宜。租一周的异地还车费一样。Hertz在德国提车较法国提车的车型选择多，好
车多，车况好，自动档的多。Hertz延长租车时间给提车的地方打个电话就行了。新价
格按租车合同加税。巴黎戴高乐机场换车，没有现场验车开收据。自己到租车柜台还钥
匙，然后等账单。以防日后扯皮，把车的前后左右拍几张照片。
2）交通标志
一些北美没有的，有50几个。不知道怎么贴图。大家需要时，故购一下。

国电影主要是以观看次数来算，而不是按票价的面值（因为按实际面值比较麻烦，法国
