1什么是肯定性行动（Affirmative Action)
Affirmative Action（以下简称AA）最早的使用是在1961年肯尼迪总统的第10925号总
统令，其内容主要包含两点，第一是要求政府不得以种族，信仰，肤色和起源国为由歧
视雇员和申请人，第二是采取肯定性行动以确保政府雇员和政府工作申请人在过程中不
受到以种族，信仰，肤色和起源国为由的歧视。1965年约翰逊总统发布了取代10925号
总统令的11246号总统令，并重申了上述内容。1967年的第11375号总统令把“性别”也
加入了受保护类别。

根據Pew研究中心的最新政府數據分析顯示，中產階級美國人的財富已減少，其總人數
已低於高收入與低收入的總人數。
2015年初，中等收入家庭的成年人有1.208億人，而低收入與高收入家庭總人數則為1.
213億人。
根據Pew機構的報告，21世紀，中等收入的美國人收入已見減少。由2000至2014年，中
等收入家庭的中間收入下降了4%，由2001至2013年，中間財富--資產減去負債--下降了
28%。
2015年，9%的美國人位居最高收入層級，較1971年的4%高出逾一倍。最低收入層級美國
人百分比亦上升，由1971年的16%上升到了2015年的20%。
該報告發現，美國中產階級空洞化，已穩定持續了逾40年。美國中等收入家庭的比例，
已由1971年的61%下降到了2015年的50%。 |

Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life)发表了一个问卷调查报告《亚裔美国人信仰
万花筒》，其中显示，美国华人的宗教信仰状况有三大现象：第一，自称没有宗教的华
人在美国各族裔中比例最高；第二，华人信奉人数最多的是基督教；第三，华人佛教徒
比例较高但日趋减少。
根据这份报告，有超过一半的美国华人没有宗教归属，即自称不信神灵和没有加入任何
宗教者，高达52%。这不仅远远高于美国总人口中的这项比例（19%），而且远远高于美
国亚裔总体人口中的这项比例（26%）——无宗教归属者在日裔美国人中有32%，韩裔美
