拿到CK的成绩了. 准备过程中, 从麦地和朋友得到很多的帮助. 先行者的考经为我们
后来人提供了极好的指导和参照。说实话，这个成绩离我的目标还差了一点， 有些遗
憾。 但现实生活中，要求完美常常是不现实的，只能对自己说，在给定的困难状况下
，尽力了。
另一方面，也觉得让另一个前辈失望了。2013年在NYC，GoldUSMLE CS辅导班上课时，
有幸和这个大牛一同share a hotel room. 他是 step1, CK, 双>250的牛人。 很可
惜他没有写考经， （他绝对能为大家提供gold advice）, 后来说好，如果我也达到他
的水准，“双双250”，他同意口述，由我书写考经。 如今我的表现，让他失望，只好
留点遗憾吧…….
记得我自己在考之前也期望能多读到一些最近的考经。考完CK，经验谈不上，只能算是
有所经历和教训，和大家分享。一来回报麦地， 二来希望抛砖引玉，更多的朋友能够

车到不了的。我自己很喜欢跑步，马拉松4小时，Army PFT Two-Mile Run，成绩是14分
25秒，10公里大概50分左右。我小时候看到阿甘电影里他飞奔的镜头，真的觉得帅呆了
，觉得人生快感只有在飞奔中才能体验。所以不管学习工作再忙，我也会逼自己两个星
期至少跑一次10公里。
说下会跑步的用处吧：
1. 快要迟到的时候，会跑是非常非常有优势的！机场里、报告厅、火车站，这些汽车
没有办法可以到达的地方，你如果会跑，看着身后跟你一起赶火车的人被你甩在身后，
帅气的感觉就上来了。赶车赶飞机赶报告时，你就能体验到会跑步的优势了。
2. 交通工具出故障的时候，如果你是一个Marathon runner，20公里对一般人是长距离
，对你也就是个半程，去求救什么的，很方便。也就是说，对交通工具的依赖大大减少
，你自带交通工具，身边没有其他工具时，大不了跑回去。
3. 泡妞时的必备。你和你女朋友免不了打闹吧？她总有要追着你跑的时候吧，如果你

Marine的PFT体侧标准，2分钟pull up， 2分钟 crunch + 3mi跑，应该是力量和耐力比
较均衡的指标了。
算分方法是每项总分100，一个pull up 5分，一个crunch1分。18分钟跑3mi满分，每6
秒扣一分
平均分大概260。版上有多少人能做到？ |

不过也有绿湾迷发帖说过，曾经一段时间（龙哥受伤前），绿湾没有过去5年的全部1轮
和绝大部分的2轮。基本都受伤了。尽管在损失这么多talents情况下，仍然保持很强战
斗力，TT的late round选秀很牛，龙哥也很牛。 |
