发帖数: 18174 | 3 phelps这次游了100m fly和50m free（用50m fly游的）。后者据说是打酱油，我想他
的50 fr应该不至于已经慢于50 fly。本文要说的是前者。
从外形看，phelps的肩背比以前小了一圈，肚子有没有肥肉看不太清楚。
输给lochte也不让人意外。lochte虽然年长一岁，但是据说训练很刻苦，没有像phelps
一样三天打鱼两天晒网。去年世锦赛100 fly半决赛，lochte还创了他个人最好成绩。
phelps vs lochte的这次对决，主要看点有两个，phelps的划水和到边。
phelps第一段用了16个strokes，比他2012年多了一个。虽然他跳发（这个跳发略显业
余，有抬头动作，他过去从来没有出现过，至少因此输半尺）之后出水比2012年早了一
点，但是看他到边前最后一次划水超长滑行，基本可以肯定他的每划前进距离缩短了。
前进中的速度顿挫比2012年明显的多，和2009年身着快速泳衣创WR更是没法比。而且一
共有3次strokes的前进距离明显短于其他。这在phelps出道之后从来没有出现过。这说
明，天才可以少训练，但是不能不训练。

Phelps也被各种人给予不同的期待。期望Phelps到了北京之后，做这做那的事情。其中
，不乏那些支持反华的势力想方设法希望Phelps做的事。
下面这篇文章登在密歇根大学的学生报纸 Michigan Daily上就是典型的一例。看到这
篇文章之后，愤愤之余，写了封信给报纸的editor，竟然也登载了出来。而且，因为我
的反驳又引发了一封通信。看起来有没完没了的论战的架势，要不是报纸的资源有限，
如果在BBS上，恐怕就得掐群架了。
奥运会烟消云散了。Phelps也获得了众人所期待的8枚金牌的目标，成为奥运会最受人
关注的偶像，就连在facebook上的饭们也超过了100万 （1,437,762 fans as of 5:
30pm (ETD) August 25, 2008）。然而，有一样没实现的是这些牛鬼蛇神们种种对中国
的指责和指控。在奥运之前的种种行为都被支持奥运声浪所淹没，也被奥运会的气势打
懵了。
但是，可以想象得到的是，这些反华的小丑们是不会甘于失败的，今后，作为中国人的

发帖数: 18174 | 8 oopsies，phelps的underwater butterfly kick和lochte大同小异，顶尖的选手里幅度
算大的，ISO距离，水下8次 vs peirsol的11次。
看手腿配合的动作，phelps的腰起伏幅度也算大的，大致一头左右，高于大部分对手。
phelps胸和肩的幅度小于对手，显著小于le clos。
就2012年同场比赛来看，phelps的划频和le clos是一样的。
要说柔韧性，le clos更好一些，至少在利用柔韧性弥补身高不足方面做的更努力一些
。如图，le clos的肘大大超过后背，类似于七八十年代的蝶泳游法。再前面的贴图显
示他向前送肩的柔韧性也相当好。
如果说phelps是凭天才在游，le clos基本上所有油水都已经榨干了。加上le clos不全
面，他差不多就这样了。 |

发帖数: 18174 | 9 phelps蛙腿仍然一流，只是手的动作和10年前一样没有长进。或者不重视，或者受他体
型影响。bowman曾说michael is working on that...飞鱼三天打鱼两天晒网，效果不
好。
如果蛙泳允许15米水下，phelps将收复200IM，长短池。很可能短池蛙泳也能称雄。
如果蛙泳允许肘出水，phelps的蛙手问题将一举解决，他可以轻易地做蛙手长划接肘出
水空中恢复。一次蛙腿可以保留，对phelps来说足够了。他的腿短，本来蛙腿下拉造成
的阻力就小。如果允许手出水，他的腿部阻力将进一步下降。他的蛙腿稳定性和力量本
来就炉火纯青。这样他的蛙泳将和蝶泳一样flawless。短池和长池蛙泳都将破WR（当然
肯定是一堆擅长蝶的人争先恐后狂破蛙泳WR，传统练蛙的人彻底被边缘化）。如果好好
练练体能，他还能收复400IM。
如果真有这两条改动，phelps将变成一个擅长蝶蛙和IM的新飞鱼，至少能收复过去8金
的半壁江山。加上对relay的贡献，也许能拿5金。 |

15岁拿青奥会金牌，一个月之后拿亚运会银牌，一个月不可思议地drop 1秒，有点像当
年的le clos。强劲的冲刺和le clos也非常相似。
15岁，拿国内比赛和亚运会的好成绩，有点像吴鹏。也是同一个教练。
15岁，进入世界排行榜前20，而且年龄最小，有点像phelps。
吴鹏成长为世界级选手用了3年，吴鹏战胜phelps用了9年，le clos战胜phelps用了2年。
吴鹏已经退役，phelps 29岁“高龄”仍然高居排名第一，le clos屈居第二。

at Michigan for a few years. But Phelps did not swim for Michigan because
he was a professional swimmer. He basically never attended college. Others
like Lochte, Vollmer all swam in college for their college teams.
Phelps will retire (from professional swimming) after the London Games.
Since he still has 4 years of eligibility, we may see him swim NCAA. He is

他大赛有福星。前几年马里兰有个后起之秀，被招到bowman那里训练受宠若惊，一上来
训练自由泳就把phelps干掉了，地方小报一直在吹多快多快，结果后来奥运trial还是
落选，phelps夺魁。 |

你有没有注意，12年奥运会，phelps和le clos比，蝶泳的strokes per length是一样
的。但是phelps比le clos高不少，臂展更是长很多。
我觉得几年后他游200im体力可能会有问题。 |

分发挥臂长优势，个子矮一点的不太适用。
水下图片左边是le clos，右边是phelps。再看水上，尽管胳膊短，但是入水这个环节
le clos并不吃亏。 |

日本人kosuke hagino倒是很抢眼，仰、蛙、im都很好。
现在的high tech泳衣肯定比不过2008年2009年的，但是和2004到2007年比怎么样？如
果差不多，那他们离phelps仍然有差距。

Dr. Chun 和Dr. Patricia Choi都说要拔掉4颗牙，Dr. Salins 说先不拔，做到6个月
时看看是否需要拔。Dr. Phelps 说不用拔牙，每个牙边上锉一下，用damon brace.

1．首次用假饵钓鲈鱼成功， Berkley 3“Grub
2．首次使用 Laser Minnow成功
3．第一次独立完整地完成cast 假饵到structure附近，上下收线， 感知鱼咬饵，set
hook， land fish 全过程
4．首次在来到一个新钓点即上鱼成功
5．第一次用假饵钓上大嘴鲈鱼
6．第一次钓上小嘴鲈鱼
7．第一次钓上 crappie， 他的最爱
8．第一次一天上鱼五条
9．首次上鱼比他老爸多
10．所上的17“小嘴，为我们家今年九月底以来钓到的６０条鲈鱼的新纪录
要知道他老爸我，这么个铁杆鱼迷，是用六七个钓鱼trip， 方才一一完成这些纪录，
这小人一天之内就全完成了。除了有个好Daddie， 其个人悟性也不可小觑 ：）
我们是约3：30到达水边的。以前也带过小人来，但所去之处水底情况较复杂，有各种
