地利游学多年回来，她是旧金山音乐学院的钢琴硕士，5年前到音乐之乡去圆音乐梦，
寻日尔曼根（跟ABC差不多），结果又拿了一个维也纳音乐学院的硕士。
这个邻居非常nice,considerate,所以帮忙发个广告。钢琴水平如何我不懂，不过当初
告别音乐会的时候唱了很多歌剧，我听来比国内歌剧院的有过之无不及，（她其实是想
到奥地利看看能不能学声乐的，因为这里从来没有机会）
