don't necessarily need '-D' if you don't have the symptom.
If Claritin doesn't work well on you, you may try Zyrtec. They have
different ingredients. Zyrtec may cause some drowsy. But you can reduce the
impact by taking one pill before bedtime.
Costco now has a generic version of Zyrtec, called Aller-Tec. It has the
same active ingredient as the Zyrtec and is much cheaper, about 8cents/pill.
It works well on me. |

球队可以在offer里第一年给15M这么多的薪水，没有富裕薪资空间的球队自然不能
match，但是这15M的薪水对两队是平等的，虽然两队的承受能力不同。以前的poison
pill条款，比如要求在明州打满5场49米就称为全保障，最后解释出来的结果对两队的
效果是不一样的。这个就不行。

about 1 month ago, now I am 149 so you see I can gain weight easily but lose
weight in a very hard way. That's why I think I need a jump start with the

1 of the extra 5 lbs. It did strike me. I know I can't live on pills, it won
't give me lasting result. But for now I just wish to be stuck into my size
6-8 clothes again, asap. Really tired of being of size 10-12. And because I
don't shop when I am fat, I have limited clothes to choose from everyday. I
feel sick by just looking at them. I need some new color new styles-----at

- Check with your doctor, and get on the "pill". The pill works magic not
only preventing you from getting pregnant, it also ride of PMS, and clears
acne.
- Check with you OBGYN. You may have endometriosis which cases PMS. There
is out-patient procedure you can do to reduce it. I have not seen PMS
return after I had it done 5 years ago. |

这样的话就可以在first day开始birth control的效果，如果从任意一天开始，就需要

挤出去，没有一开始就带，完事了没有立即拿出来，小JJ还带大号的，结束了没有检查
一下破没有，condom放的超过两年就不要再用，打过手枪手指沾上了就别直接接触，等

豆豆第一天晚上不肯吃东西。就吃了几颗treat。我把饭给他留在碗里让他自己愿意吃
的时候去吃。早上起来的时候看到少了一些，很高兴他开始吃了。他和sweet的只要我
摸他就purr，虽然purr的很弱但是还是pur了。也有喝水。就是吃药很不愿意。第一天
晚上因为虚弱吧，给吃下去了。昨天早上那一顿根本没办法喂。昨天晚上跟他耗了不知
道多久终于把三颗全塞进去了。医生给了一个pill popper.要塞到喉咙里面pop下去的
那种。他很不喜欢。也没办法了。
还有就是不知道为什么平时他很喜欢吃罐头的昨天给他开了的基本没怎么动，倒是干粮
吃的多几颗。大家知道为什么嘛？
今天早上也顺利喂了药了。我已经全身是伤了。他爸说还力气这么大是不是应该是好事
啊。
