周六在哥大CASA讲座中听Geselle律师讲到 PC (Professional Corp) vs PLLC(
Professional Limited Liability Company) 的问题。还是有点疑惑。
因为我的CPA过去告诉我，作为提供专业服务(Professional Service)的Licensed
Professional,无论你注册PC或者PLLC，如果由于自己的专业失误（比如医生做心脏手
术，结果把别人的肝错误割了），都不能仅仅通过Limited Liability的方法把个人的
责任逃避，否则责任太容易逃避了。
LLC只能区分开非专业失误而造成的liability（比如公司投资欠了债无法还，这样可以
避免用自己的个人资产去还）与个人资产。
而且在纽约州，好象PC也可以保护个人资产的，因为Corp应该都有这个功能。
比较confuse,能否有高人指点。 |

差的那个。。。算了，就不直接写在版上，正在考虑找律师的问我吧。
做律师要读JD还要考bar确实不是谁都能做的，但是说到底还是一种服务行业，尤其在
你经验还不足的时候，态度总得好吧，一种高高在上，觉得啥都不管，客户发邮件2-3周
都不回复，最后用两天套模板就出petition的律师还是别出来害人了。
我当时就是自己发邮件找的律师，后来发现还是朋友，师兄推荐的方式比较靠谱，口碑
不是盖的。 |

我从准备推荐信到pp140，用了三个月时间。其实可以更加快点，推荐信最浪费时间，
其它资料一周齐备，我有时候偷懒，就拖到三个月。我觉得大部分工作都是自己作的，
律师起到告诉你咋做，给你一个清单，照清单准备就行了。所以赶时间绝对请律师省心
，不用上网研究，一封邮件搞定，我的律师回邮件相当及时，甚至周六周天有时也会收
到回复，缺点就是浪费钱。

在移民法中，公民配偶算immediate relative，所以没有排期。绿卡配偶有排期，每个
月会变动。此次移民改革里，也提出了把绿卡配偶变成immediate relative的提案。所
以这次绿卡排期变得current也是有迹可循的。也许会在不远的将来变成immediate
relative也未可知。
公民配偶没有排期，所以可以直接递交130和485 bundle。485 bundle包括485（
adjustment of status）， 765（employment authorization card）， 131（Advance
Parole）和G325A，并且交体检表格。
绿卡配偶排期每个月都有变化，目前8月份的排期是current的，也就说如果为配偶办的
