发帖数: 12010 | 24 我90%用facebook，google plus基本不用。可设计上来说更喜欢plus。这里列一下两者
比较一下，纯灌水。
1. circle vs. non-circle。
我觉得plus的circle是很好的一个想法，可惜没能推广。比如我在家里wfh，slack了一
天，打几盘fifa，吃了鸡血连虐影帝，想把视频share到网上。我的plus帐号有一个
mitbbs fifa circle。我直接share到这个圈。如果是facebook，只有close friends和
非close两个circle。我的公司同事在两个都有交集。我脑袋一热放了上去，第二天就
被老板谈话了。。
有几次我在fb都share了东西，想一想赶紧删了。
2. 界面。
google plus两列time line，比facebook的好看的多。facebook 留了大量空间给广告
。这也是没办法的，这是他们主要revenue来源。google 如果靠plus赚钱也会狂放广告
。但现在看来plus界面更好。
fb广告另一个问题是，有时一些广告图片挺不office friendly，但也没办法关掉。

Update:刚从同事那里听说另一个带宝宝飞省钱的途径(事实上ch12也间接提到了)：UA
在每架飞机里都留有若干个bassinet seat位置（大部分在Economy Plus第一排，或最
后一排），你可以book flight后直接说你有一个infant（<2yr old)，让CSR把你安排
到这些bassinet seat之一，由于inftnat总需要人陪，所以你就可以作为companion坐
在旁边，免费！我的同事有过他们夫妻俩都可以坐在旁边的情形，但是我今天打电话说

年费：$1099=$699(Global region)+$400(up to 8 companions)
有效期:从购买开始起一年。
先别被这个价格吓到，我推荐是有原因的。长途飞的人知道，每次时间长了，腿脚申开
不便，空间狭小很难受。下半年打算全家回国，计划给中美飞行那段买Economy plus，
结果4个人总共要$1600 (=4*2*$200/person/flight)。这个才吓坏我了。所以搜索发现
了这个。买了这个的好处是：
1. 一次全家飞就赚了，省了$600。如果今年我们再有其他机会，全家，或者我自己因
为工作原因，再飞UA，就净赚了。
2. 买了这个后，所有segment都可以用，所以本来US domestic那段我们不打算买的(~$

三个月前租房时候直接签了leasing office推荐的Energy Plus这家公司提供电力。
前面还好，电费是8-9美分一度。这个月开始发现立即涨到1毛5了。才发现这家公司
搞浮动价格，名声非常差。大家都将其列为scam一类的。
不知道版上大家都用哪家电力公司的服务？求推荐。我在stamford地区。

更惊悚是，全球各地有多个iPhone 8 Plus发生爆裂现象。这是要重演当年三星Galaxy
Note 7的情形么？
台湾、日本多地出现iPhone 8 Plus爆裂现象
9月28日，有台湾媒体曝出iPhone 8 Plus出现爆裂情况。
据报道，台湾的吴女士于9月26日用iPhone 8 Plus边看剧边充电，过了不到三分钟，手
机爆裂，裂缝约0.5厘米。新手机从内部裂开，边框脱离外壳，电池膨胀，但没有听到
任何声响。
经台媒证实，吴女士使用的是原装充电器，而非第三方充电器。
目前，发生爆裂的手机已经被收回，准备送回原厂检测。
吴女士对媒体表示，自己是苹果的铁粉，从iPhone 4开始就是苹果的忠实用户。虽然此
次出现了爆裂事件，但后续应该还会继续使用苹果手机。在拿到新机之前，会先暂时使
用之前的旧款iPhone 7。
日本的网友也在网络上发推特称，自己收到的全新iPhone 8 Plus无法正常使用，疑因

但可以比较一下backup plus 1T（2.5版） 和passport 1T

传输速度backup plus 1T优，但差别很细微，详见链接里的数据
backup plus 1T要薄，passport要小，外观见仁见智了，我觉得passport漂亮很多
两者主要差别是：
backup plus 有SATA-USM的接头。标配是SATA-USB3。但你可以备SATA-thunderbolt或
FireWire等各种别的转接头。有人说这是优点，灵活，避免了将来usb3被淘汰的风险。
有人说是缺点，因为多了个转接头，个头大了降低便携性，且硬盘保修3年，转接头只
保修9个月（我这边），有同样设计的seagate goflexy据说转接头返修率高。
