的成熟，卖地一直是我的精神家园。今天也来说两句经验教训，算是了尽微薄之力。
毕业7年，因为宝宝小，八月三十号还在做OB，弄到9月6日才提交申请。申请了IM, PMR
, 和Preliminary surgery, 总共拿到15个面试。 7个IM，2个prelim, 6个PMR。面了4
个IM, 2个Prelim, 2个PMR, 拿到2个IM prematch, 纠结之后接受了其中一个。
1. When you speak English, speak firmly!
自我感觉，无论走到哪里，英语基本都是那个最差的。不能跟印度, 伊朗，孟加拉比，
更不要说native speaker了。But be confident, and speak English firmly.

1. 早晨4点到了John家里, 和他carpool, 到了他们家才发现他还没起床, 原因是他把
闹钟上错了, am变成pm,如果不是恰好和我carpool,他要错过了.
他们家养了一条大狗, 很温顺, 见到我就凑上来, 主人上楼换衣服,就剩我和狗呆在楼
下客厅,他也不叫, 也不闹.看得我觉得很想养一条,呵呵
2. 这次的队伍一共7人,整体水平比较高, 没有新手.
领队13岁开始爬山, 爬了31年, 过去若干年一直是portland mountain rescue (PMR)
的, 去年因为不满PMR内部权利斗争, 退出. 从04年开始, 做我们club的leader. 现在
还是一家提供guide service公司的guide.
助手是我们club的资深成员, 现任PMR 成员
除了一个人, 其他都是至少上过中级climbing培训班的.
3. 这次参加爬山的, 有一个是从东海岸飞过来的. 他原来住在 Oregon,在我们club上
过 basic climbing school,后来搬家去了东边. 今年6月份就飞回来参加了我们club的

houses are above 300k and nothing fancy. Most of the good lots have been
sold out and the sales man is so rude to ask me to leave after hearing my
price cut. I feel that they don't care about their customers at all. I just
don't know why Pine Mill Ranch is 30k less than Cinco Ranch. The only

这枪有几个特点： 根据膛压自动在GAS BLOW BACk 和 LOCKED BREECH 之间切换，不知
是怎么实现的，是否可靠；
弹匣可装30发。22 WMR子弹，而且握把并不大；固定枪管，而且枪管有凹槽（FLUTED）
；铝合金FRAME，而不是塑料的，全枪不带弹匣只有13。6盎司；枪膛里有凹槽，开枪时
弹壳外部有燃气，保证抽壳顺利,后面冒气，有点AR15的感觉，呵呵。
我觉得这枪要么用。22LR，要么直接上5。7x28mm。不管怎样，这是一把很有特色的枪
，眼馋FN 57又不想太花钱，就可以上它了。 |

but will also apply to some PMR programs. But PMR programs are advanced and
require Internal Medicine Preliminary. So can I apply to both categorical
and preliminary in the same program? Will the PD think I am not commitment
to Internal Medicine?
Another question is whether ERAS will charge me as TWO applications if I
check both Preliminary and Categorical?

hospital compared with rad or neuro. Their words count less in Int Med
department. I assume that they advise you to apply the programs they
recommended. In ranking days, if PD likes you, he or she will make a phone
call to int med dept or TYP. If PD in preli programs is reluctant to rank
you or rank you high, this PMR program is less likely to rank you high. But

倾向于要刚毕业的学生。像其它advanced专业一样要先做一年intern ，再进入住院医
培训。我面试prelim的时候遇到不少美国毕业生申PMR，其中一个harvard medical
school毕业的学生貌似说近几年竞争越来越激烈了。 |

For a case like that, you have to make sure if the patient has true weakness
. In some cases, the patient could not walk or feel weak just because of
PAIN. I haven't noticed you mentioned the pain which I believe she has.
I would check ERS/CRP and CK, a lot of cases like that, especially an aged
woman, could have PMR.
DM amyotrophy is another DDx if PMR can be R/O.

新车KBB的MSRP26785， invoice 26,079.00， new car blue book value是26,951.00
Edmund的msrp27,485，invoice 25,770.00，TMV是26183
两个invoice差$309好像是pzev的价格
我谈到了24150，懒得废口水了，不过他们居然没给我倒一杯咖啡
最后我付了24150-1500=22650+TTL，出门价应该算25000或者26500吧
