appointment. Explain he is a self-paying patient and ask for a possible
discount. Depending on the kind of test he needs, my guess is several
hundred $$ should cover it.
* The other aspect is if he gets sick (or has an accident), and end up
needing more than a visit and some lab work. You friend might re-consider

然后 silver nitrate caterization。
cauterization之后鼻子流鼻水一下午，估计irratate壁内膜了，今早睡醒觉，开始流鼻
血，暗色鲜血还有clot. 止住了一会又留了，往下滴的那种，而且一吸就一口血。

is unlikely to be a malpractice case, but the board is likely to issue a

google了半天，还是不太确定究竟是怎么回事，麻烦有类似经历的给点建议。年初的时
候晚上迷迷糊糊不小心整个左手大拇指撞在门上，肿了大概2个星期，不能握任何东西
，当时连个纸杯都拿不起来。
去看医生（Nurse practitioner）的时候已经不怎么肿了，轻轻捏了一下不疼就被打发
回来了。后来在别处拍了X光，没有骨折。但是总是有点使不上劲，家庭医生总是不以
为然，还说他自己60多岁了，很多伤可能就是好不了了。因为是左手大拇指，平时不怎
么需要单独使劲，偶尔拎东西觉得有点疼使不上劲，以为慢慢养养就好了，也没有太在
意。
最近开始恢复锻炼，发现左手大拇指抓5LB的哑铃都会疼，而且疼痛锻炼过后还有。觉
得不对劲，如果没力的话最多也就是觉得弱，不应该疼。

或者physical therapy、social worker之类的。临床药师虽然是不错的职业，但是6年
也着实是不小的投资，而且这是指在一般药店工作的药师，如果要在医院里工作还要额
外1-2年的住院药师培训。
统计类、会计专业似乎也不错的样子。我觉得读个2年的硕士就可以工作的对你更现实 |
