中国的情况大家都很清楚。人多，态度差，很需要体力，小病去医院挤挤就好了（当然
，别碰上烈性传染病人）。小病挺贵，大病看不起。如果有医保也许能好些。碰到的医
生一般是把病说严重一些。让你多卖药。化验也是一下一大堆。
好处是，快。有问题马上去医院就能看见医生了。
美国在学校里混。保险都是比较低的档次的。每个月100多到300多都有过。看病要预约
，除非你去Emergency。整体效率还是不错的，态度一般都不错。有时出错，但是还可
以容忍。医生都还行，就病治病。看保险好坏，有时候自己还要付不少，肉痛。买了一
个一般的保险的话，一般生孩子，或者大的病不用担心负不起。牙医挺贵的。
英国也是在学校里混。用的是National Health Service，全民医保。从工资里按比例
扣National Insurance（NI）的钱，比美国的医疗保险只多不少。当然NI还包括其他我
们不会去享受的福利，所以我就认为都是医疗的钱了。好处是，不管你多大一家子，你
赚多少就按比例付钱。家里人口多的穷人很爽。看病不要钱，所以人多。经常约不上

住院和护士活不一样，但是有住院的护士活明显好干很多
住院医的活不能bill
没有住院的医院会雇佣nurse practitioner
训练住院医一直是联邦政府出钱并管理，这样更能保证生源质量。不然大家都在抢从中
