的人把持，只招自己人，不招外种族的人，甚至连其他地域族群的印度人也不招。让这
些人把持IT业，不但是白人，黑人，华人等所有族裔的灾难，也是绝大多数印度人（他
们那个特定小圈子的人除外）的灾难。
在这些印度人小圈子“团结”的表象背后，是各种肮脏的内幕。老印高管剥削下级印度
人，任意奴役侮辱，下级为了保住他们的工作，常常要向上级行贿。他们还开设很多咨

华人不能团结的主要原因是华人个体之间缺乏共同利益，直接的共同经济利益。
受过高等教育的大多数华人群体特别不团结，因为他们大都相信自己的所有成就都是自

受过高等教育的大多数华人群体特别不团结，因为他们大都相信自己的所有成就都是自
己努力的结果和别人无关，所以和其他华人不存在共同利益的关系，也没有团结的必要
性，过好自己的小日子就行了。
华人也有特别团结的群体，只不过他们一般不上MITBBS而已，例如，福州偷渡客群体，
他们只有团结在一起，相互帮助，才能在留在美国赚大钱。他们的偷渡费用大概80万人
民币左右（几年前的价格，现在价格多少不清楚），他们大都是农村人，这80万基本上
是靠乡里乡亲借来的，尤其是向已经偷渡成功的同乡人借的，相当多的借款都是有利息
的。光这一笔80万的借款，就将一位偷渡客与二三十位同乡绑定在一起。先来的同乡必
须帮助这个后来的同乡赚钱，不然他们借出去的本金都捞不回来的。所以福州偷渡客之
间的关系就不仅仅是简单的同乡关系了，而是有共同经济利益的同乡关系。在这位偷渡
客还清所有债务之后，他已经深爱上了福州人建立的经济产业链，一条从中国超市到美
式中餐馆的完整产业链，并且从中受益，他开始回馈尚未出国的同乡，可能是他大伯的
