如果你已经是美国公民，大概就没问题。

因此裁员了。
员工现在复杂了，我家为此事讨论了一晚上，咨询各自hr无数次，最后搞成了一家三个
人两个有双保险，一个有单保险的状态。每次给娃拿药变得十分麻烦。
不过从企业的角度来说，这个建议改革的人应该拿终身成就奖。我相信企业的premium
首先就大大降低了，第二就是滥用急诊以及其它医疗资源的状况一定大大改善了，对于
微软这样self insured 的单位来说，每年的支出减少恐怕要以亿为单位来衡量了。 |

对。
医院和大的医疗机构看medicaid病人都亏本，全靠保险病人补贴，大家可以看看保险公
司给的估价，不知道其他保险公司怎么样，我用premera，一般procedure都可以比价，
但凡不收medicaid的私人机构，报价可以比大医院便宜一半。另外一个补贴medicaid的
是儿医，大家可以看看儿医账单，小baby的预防针，注射费可以高到70块，疫苗费还要
另外收，因为没有自付，所以大家不care，其实这个钱也是补贴medicaid去了，不收政
府保险的儿医，价钱就便宜一半。
如果彻底transparent了，收政府保险病人的医疗机构只怕要破产，那么没有人会收
medicaid，政府也玩不下去 |
