说起来够尴尬的。
来这个公司混了快5年,公司挺大,总部这儿一个president,5个vp。研发部的director看起来高大威猛不苟言笑,vp则嬉皮笑脸。当初他们interview我的时候实际顺序和告诉我的顺序颠倒了。从此我就将director当成了vp,将vp当成了director。来这个公司工作后每次见到他们的时候名字都叫错了,他们也都将错就错。后来有个跟vp的orientation,我跑到director那儿,他问我有什么事情,我说有orientation啊。他说他没空,我就走了,也就错过了跟真正vp的orientation。直到一个多月以后跟我当时的manager闲聊的时候我才发现自己搞错了。后来我的一些工作找vp汇报,大家都没提orientation,就这么尴尬的过去了。这个错误很大程度上是自己当年的英文太差导致。

Former President Bill Clinton will pen his first novel, "The President Is
Missing," with best-selling author James Patterson.
“Working on a book about a sitting President — drawing on what I know
about the job, life in the White House, and the way Washington works — has
