第二点，除了政治以外，在经济、金融、军事方面，美国都在与台湾做好交流的准备。美国为了自己的利益，不会让台海地区很太平，但也不会让它表现出明显的乱。中国大陆在这之前，只是看着特朗普经济政策上对自己好，其实还没理解到特朗普更深层的想法和打算，他可不是人们平素想象的那样善。
