偷偷的出轨也算认同这种意见，因为依然认为是不好的，依然认为身体忠诚是正确的。
有没有真的在性上自由的coupon，允许对方和其他人发生性关系？我觉得很少。
那是为什么呢？性为什么这么独特。
先说一个其他事情，比如吃饭，就没有要求必须只能和妻子/丈夫吃，完全占有。（插
入语，relationship的占有欲此处不考虑，另说）。
我觉得，原因是性在古代与繁衍相联系，而繁衍是头等大事是每个物种的本能。把性对
象固定相当于把繁衍的权利固定，给予了对方一个繁衍的privilege. 我觉得这也是为
什么到今天多数女性都认为性是男的占便宜，女的吃亏。不是思考的结果，本能。
到今天，避孕措施已经很发达，繁衍的privilege已经转移到婚姻，性已经独立出来。
之所以性依然有如此大的独有特性，是远古的遗产。我觉得，慢慢的，性的独有性会降
低。比如会变成和握手相似，你看到自己的配偶和其他异性握手，心理不爽，因为有占
有欲，但是不会再认为那是很大的背叛。
而婚姻，由于繁衍这个本能不太可能消失，繁衍的privilege，婚姻，将继续存在 |

大概就是一家在线报税公司因为报税欺诈被起诉，公司的CEO和CFO被列为共同起诉对象
。控方无法用CEO和他老婆的电话录音作为证据，因为所谓的spousal privilege，不幸
的是CFO是个gay，在vermont注册结婚的，然后他和他老公的电话录音能不能受spousal
privilege保护就是一个有争议的问题——DOMA
这时候，一个牛B大律师乱入了，要求主导CFO的辩护，原因是牛B大律师的gay哥哥临死
前的遗愿就是打倒DOMA!(顺便说一句，他哥死于AIDS)
牛B大律师希望把这个案子办成一个将来在反DOMA诉讼过程中可以援引的案例（我的理
解）
不幸的是，一轮关于同性恋婚姻和异性恋婚姻谁更混乱的交锋之后，法官还是判CFO
gay couple不受spousal privilege的保护，援引DOMA
然后，主角发现牛B大律师开始把CFO往沟里带——他希望CFO输掉这场官司，然后上诉
到最高法院……

他们网站自动再购买。
如果你不选“scheduled delivery”，他们的系统就会说你现在看到的这个价格是必须
选“scheduled delivery”才有的所谓优惠价格，如果你选“只买一次”就不是这个价
格了,blablabla……。反正偶每次都选的定期送货，也没去看过只买一次是什么价格。
反正过后就可以在账户里点个cancel， 把定期送货取消掉，很容易，谁知道几个
月后还是不是住在现在的地址，或者谁几个月后还一定能记得在这网站上还有这么一
order。

子赔款，以及辛丑条约当中涉及德国的，对中国的种种“惩罚”，并归还租界，等等。
涉及德国对华直接赔款的问题，其实没有明说。只是在133条里面提到，在中国的德国
产业和侨民财产，（如果已被没收或洗劫），德国不得要求归还，德国侨民如果战时被
中国政府侵犯人权，也不许再悲愤（原文都是法律辞令，我这个翻译很粗略，版上学法
律的大牛可以来出手精译一下）。这也许就算是“赔款”。事实上，凡约这个东东，是
要立大牌坊的，即便是德国对英法的赔款，在书面上也是一笔一笔算出来的，比如哪里
毁了我东西，哪里花了我的军费，而不是直接拍脑袋说个数再讨价还价。
从上面讨论的条款来看，英法显然居心不良，德国不直接赔钱给中国，反倒默许中国去洗
劫德国侨产，成心让两国把梁子结大；但德国在广州的租界，英法却要分一杯羹。中国
也不是傻子，自然不太高兴，后来英法又要把山东利益给日本，以至中国无法在条约上

上民主党议员勇敢地站出来, 投票反对, 我们就可以让法案胎死腹中. 现在我们可以做
的是写信给代表我们选区的加州众议员, 去他们的网站给他们写.

right，政府不应该花纳税人的钱补贴穷逼。有钱的才有资格看病，穷逼看不起病，就
应该让他们听天由命，不能搞全民保险。
现在轮到自己了，看病倒成了Right了。要求少花钱，看大病，copay可以有，但别每次
超过20块，多Pay点Out Of Pocket唧唧歪歪半天。既然索南理解的看病是privilege，

公民入境是right，不是privilege。除了护照，其他能证明米夷公民身份的文件很多。
公民出境也是right。米夷甚至没有出境检查。
取得护照是privilege。 |
