Energy，是6个月的fixed rate电和气，free sign,free early cancellation，但还是
不是很放心，想问一下在NJ住的大家知道这个不？到底是怎么弄的，我算了一下也就能
便宜一点点~ 气是$0.599/therm, 电是$9.06cent/KWH, 想请教用这个到底好不好？？

我想今年冬天把冷暖气全换了。房子是中央空调，forced air。furnace
是烧煤气的。
最近Lennox在Costco搞活动。Lennox到我们家看过以后给了个估价,说是after rebate
，the best option costs around $11,600 and the good
option costs around $10,500. Best option有装filter对家有过敏的人好。他们的报
价还算公道吗？
pse&g 提供什么牌子？有什么性价比好的牌子可以考虑？价钱在什么范围？ |

，转个帐号打了好几天电话才打通，online注册一帐号，居然还要用checking帐号直接
付款。要是伊和target一样来个security breach，这不是要害人么？
问问有没有其他选项，打算换个utility公司了。

前几天突然在俺家的water heater pilot附近闻到很少量的煤气味， 把我给担心的，
晚上都睡不着， 半夜爬起来看它有没有更严重。
于是： 在网上查， 和LD一起去homedepot/lowes问了问。
不问不知道， 一问直接给吓死了。 ：（ 原本是打算换个tankless的。 国内
tankless差不多也就3000RMB。 没想到这里居然也要3000， 不过是美金，
晕， 真的好贵。 就说算了， 还是换个一般的：
9年 50 gallon的500多＋安装300＋税＝差不多1000吧。
在lowes的时候， 本来想问问一般啥原因会在pilot附近闻到煤气味， 他们说：“ 你
直接打电话给你的gas provider, 他会免费派人去你家看， 然后告诉你该修还是该换。”
于是LD给PSE打了电话， 不到半小时， 就有人来了。 他用仪器检查了下， 发现是有
点leak. 他把肥皂水涂在管子周围， 没有发现气泡。 然后他把pilot下面的门打开，
发现里面的另一个门没有关好。 他把那个门重新关好， 把管子上的螺丝紧了紧，
然后把外面的门又关上， 再检查就没发现 |

房间里的设施也挺新的 我们后来搬走 押金也基本都退了
尽量选南面那侧的房子 那里靠着2nd pl 那条路上没车 很安静
北面有个地方施工 不知道最近盖完了没 而且PSE的daycare每天会带小盆友出来玩 所
以下午会有点吵 当然LZ天天上班的话 就无所谓这些问题了 |
