我这辈子就买过一次彩票。北京亚运会，班主任通知：每个人至少来五块钱的。我心说
，天啊，这可是20个电子游戏币，100包小酸梅粉，50包小无花果，10包大果仁或者热乌
豆！
买彩票时，班里同学整齐的坐好，一个不知道从哪里来的工作人员拿着一小盒卡片，走
到每个同学面前，收好钱，把小盒子递过去，让同学随意抽取五张卡片。拿到卡片的同
学迫不及待的撕开看结果，往往都是“感谢你支持亚运”之类的废话。
我心想，这个生意可真好做，说句谢谢就能赚钱，不买的话，班主任还得找你麻烦。如
果我能混进这样的公司，还上什么学啊。哪像那些开电子游戏厅的和街头叫卖的啊，蝇
头小利的。
结果就有个同学，撕开卡片之后，哈哈大笑起来，丫中了50块！我心说，天啊，这可是
200个电子游戏币，1000包小酸梅粉，500包小无花果，100包大果仁或者热乌豆！

，如果需要签一年lease也可以接受。我对房子的要求不高，普通干净就行（不必像刚
搬进去一样干净）。因为我是高年级研究生，所以在学校时间比较多，晚上回来的比较
晚，所以对室友也没有要求，男女单身人士或者夫妻都行。房子所在地在公交路线上最
好，离得较远也无妨，我可以开车。
总之没什么要求，只要有个地方睡觉就行。

（这个公寓条件还可以，但是住这里的中国同学少，大家对这个公寓的讨论不多）。
RiverWalk公寓有15％的留学生租房折扣。折扣券是WE免费提供的。WE公司在PU,
UI, UM, KU,MSU等十几个大学提供公寓折扣.
River Walk公寓在Lafayette，离Purdue校区的河对面，距离Engineering不到2英
里。学校的BronzeLoop公车经过这里（每30分钟一班，开到傍晚）。公交车1A，去
Shopping也比
较方便。公寓不带家具，但有洗衣机和烘干机。
12个月的租期。2室和3室的公寓是合租的；但可以个人申请，公寓会协助安排室友。
住户付房租和电费。房租包括网络，停车，水费和垃圾处理费。3楼的房间每月多$20。

有两个孩子，都还不到两岁，所以对房子考虑的比较多。
感觉PV 的房子非常方便，但是小了点儿，而且是开放厨房。看过网上贴的客厅布置，
感觉太挤了，有俩孩子根本就没活动空间。
所以，对已PV 的房子，想听一下家里有孩子，一个或两个的亲身感受，够大吗？谢谢。
目前比较满意BeauJardin（简称BJ）的房子。
有独立厨房，各个厅室的面积也相对大一些。
不知道BJ 的房子状况如何，新旧，隔噪啥的。考虑孩子，肯定没法住低层；住顶层，
孩子的活动是不是产生的噪声很大，影响楼下的？
看到BJ 现在只有几个房子可以出租，8月份会放出很多。是不是需要预定一间（因此多
付的费用没问题）？因为不知道到10月份的时候，剩下的几间，是不是有点儿挑剩下的感觉，朝向，
房屋状况什么的都不是最好的。
暂时问题就这么多，如果有住在上述两个地方的，介绍一下将不胜感激。 |
