公司：Top10 Pharma，base salary 85-90k, bonus 6-8% of salary, 若干benefits。
本人：中部学校，排名top20，可惜系一般。专业biochem, 第六年，马上毕业，若干
JBC level paper。方向是protein purification 和 protein characterization。
过程：这是我做intern的组，两个月前给的面试，今天offer才下来。期间曲曲折折只
有经历的人才知道。现在只觉一块石头落了地，并没有十分开心。
感想：fresh PhD找工作真的不容易，尤其还有身份问题在里面。我也投了其他
position，但只有6或12－month contract才有消息。Full time一个没有。

首先，offer letter是四月初发的，很正规的written form,但是当时HR没有提及任何
关于export license的细节。接收offer之后一直跟公司有联系，background check也

结果昨天下午５点多接到HR来信说要withdraw,整个人shock到了.....所以以我的亲身
经历提醒版上各位：拿到offer的时候一定要问清楚，并且做好两手准备，直到真正on
board为止。。。居安思危啊....
其次，我考古了一下，license全称是EAR(Export Administration Regulation)
license,主要是对一次敏感的技术岗位有要求。但是貌似并不难申，只需要go through
一些paperwork，需要一定时间就可以。很可惜的是，我今天跟HR好说歹说，她都不愿
