In the first quarter, global PC shipments jumped 22.7% from a year ago to 81
.5 million units, according to research firm iSuppli, the highest one

我觉得薄一点的1/2"厚度的shoe molding比方方的quarter round好看些。不过你其他
地方都是用quarter round就没选择了。
我以前10几块钱买的18 gauge nailer就很好用，用来固定这些不受力的装饰件足够了。 |

请人装地板，moulding是要另外付钱的。想省事直接装quarter round，这样现有的
baseball molding就不必拆了。但是这样一来living room和一起地方看起来不太match
。其实把现有的molding都拆了，再买新的molding，材料费用跟quarter round也差不
多。
想请问大家哪种做法比较好。 |

有人有经验出租房屋给军队系统的人吗?
房子在millitary base 附近， 就出租给了军队系统的人， 好像房主需同意一个叫
millitary clause 的amendament在签lease的时候。主要他们由于军队命令需离开
的时候， 房主不能hold them responsible. 最近住户提交了一份表， 表示要搬
走(刚2个月)。 但是他们只是搬到base里去，并不是被命令调走， 而且感觉是他们
自己申请的base里的房子批下来了。不是军队的命令(当然他们说是millitary order
to base)。 他们提供了AF-150 表(drayage/storage authorization-government
quarters). 不知到这种表qualify for breaking the lease 吗? 看起来好像只
是表明政府会付storage expense.
