域，普通PCR跑胶没有见到可见的smear或者dimer。用ABI的SYBR green master mix
dissociation curve能见到多个peak，amplication curve也很奇怪。跑胶可以看到
smear和dimer...最简单的方法是换引物。。。但是俺要扩的区域CG含量很高。。。换
了primer估计还会有类似问题。。。
对付high CG常用的DMSO/Betaine啥的，在real-time PCR中有没有类似应用？
求做过high gc real-time PCR的大侠指点迷津啊 |

perception 这词没有合适的中文可替代。 我相信真正的智者就是在不断地追求缩小两
者之间的差距。读书太多而不思考，上述这两个世界会冲突得历害，不读书，不去了解
别人perception of world , 不够smart.
很多被洗脑的人就是用自己的世界去统治别人的世界，如父母版的那些斗士，而且都是
冠以最“善良美好”的目标。
追求真理，就是驾着上面那两匹马去探索未知世界。
真正的快乐就是：you feel good about yourself. 这句话不能翻译成中文。所以，如
果高考取消英文，这是中国历史的倒退，因为一门语言是一个世界。 |

对民主党实在无法忍受了。
Real women确实会引起很大争议，得罪LGBT就不用说了，关键时刻，我们要做的是争取
一切可以争取的力量，而不是给对手制造话题，给我们自己制造麻烦。
第二，关于什么是真正的女人，这个话题我们女人平常也有不少讨论的，结果每次都不
会有一个统一的答案，因为女人本来就是多种多样的，有生儿育女的，有一辈子不婚不
育的；有事业型的，有主妇型的，更多事业家庭兼顾的；有注重穿着打扮的，也有不修
边幅的；有处处跟男人一争高下的，也有事事以男人为天的，等等等等。什么是真正的
女人，怎么定义，怎么划分，我们女人也没有答案。
所以，在这个关键时刻，能不制造话题还是不要制造吧。退一步讲，我们不妨逆向思维
一下，既然写Women不会有什么争议，写Real Women必然有争议，何不去繁就简，大家
