本来这一篇要写点经纪人的工作，有哪些特殊资源，为了一个交易要花费多少时间，再
下一篇说说在合同中对commission的规定以及一些注意的地方结束。然而上一篇结尾提
到了返点，大略这个词比较敏感，收了三个不同人的站内信。一个是版上老相识，说了
些善意提醒，谢过了，另两个不知哪路马甲，对老夫非常冒犯，到引起我的好奇。本来
返点这事不再我想写的之列，因为我自娱自乐，没干过返点，昨天索性仔细做了做
research，把原定那篇延后，今天深入探讨下commission和返点。
声明一下，本文绝大多数资料来自于公开网络的公共信息，法理支持主要来自于美国司
法部网站，本人作为一个经纪人将其汇总，发贴之前还和一个美女律师沟通了下，自认

很小，非常非常小，刚来的同学没有车的话可以坐校车到中校区，走去downtown逛一逛。
如果你能吃得惯老外的菜那里你可能能吃到你喜欢的。但是跟国内不同的是不要指望那里
狂逛一通，因为那里统共木有几家店，可以看看书店之类象falling water什么的，可能
能舒缓你刚到美国的失落的心情。
你要是不爱吃老外的菜，downtown的怡园比较好，因为within walking distance. 最好
吃他那张专门为中国人准备的菜单，因为那张中英对照的有很多很难吃，我觉得，哈哈。
要是你缺了什么日用品，最方便去meijer或kroger。meijer有人带你去更好，没人的话你
可以坐车。公共汽车是AATA bus, 它们的guide可以在 orientation package里找到，也
可以随便找辆车在车上拿，union门口就有AATA 5路6路车站。kroger在北校区附近有，可
以作校车，再稍稍走一点。
要是你想买CD机，mp3之类，去best buy或者circuit city或者在网上买，可以找叫deal
的一种东东，它具体表现形式是mail in reba |

Manti Te'o首先主要是一个受害者。推理过程如下：
ND官方今天说”On Dec. 26, Notre Dame coaches were informed by Manti Te’o

所以 Manti 确实在Dec 26号反映了这件情况；

关于主犯，Ronaiah Tuiasosopo这个人是主谋之一。

他们店面里面的宣传单还有不少combo 的deal
比如2500K + asus pro = 349 （ mc直接把所有的reba 都帮你剪掉了 所以付钱的时
候比较贵的
