flashing,接着一个绿灯，通过之后紧接着一个red light flashing，当时不知道怎么
压根儿没注意。穿了过去，结果后边警灯开始闪烁，停下之后警察问知不知道在red
light flashing那里没有停。当时有点儿紧张，说我真的没注意到。然后警察问我是没
注意到红灯还是注意到了那个red light flashing但是没意识到要停下。我说我真的没
注意到那个红灯在闪。如果注意到了我肯定会停下的。我在stop sign上从来都是full
stop的。不知道怎么回事儿，昨晚真的那一瞬间没有看到那个red light flashing.结
果警察给了张ticket，130刀。
我想去explain一下，大家可否给点儿经验之谈，如何增加成功率。
另外，遇到这种情况，真是无意的，在警察开ticket之前如何和警察沟通，能够让他们
改变主意，减少被开罚单的可能性。

前段时间去Miami玩，回来后收到警察给的camera ticket，说是在一个路口failure to
comply with a steady red signal，罚款$158, 不会涨点。说我是违反了Florida
statutes 316.0083, 316.074(1), 316.075(1)(c)(1).
去网上看了他们拍的照片和录像，发现我是在1号公路上右拐Palm Dr的时候被拍的。我
在最右边那条只能右拐的lane，打着右拐的闪灯，看到红灯后就开的很慢，图片上显示
是10mph，然后就拐到Palm Dr上了，没有做complete stop。我猜想警察给ticket就是
因为我没有complete stop然后右拐。

好心给你做了，因为你的smog check通不过，所以后悔花200做maintenance. 至于换电
池也是你自己提出来的，花了钱就不要后悔。你的教训在与你出门根本没有目的，你本
来只是做smog check 却做与之不相干的事，好比女人逛街，看到那件好的衣服就想买
，没有目的，而一般男人逛街则目的非常明确。
至于Red Box 建议你跑100-200miles回来再试试，决不是要你一次去跑完，而你却聪明
到去跑一趟santa babara,真是可悲，太无知了。通常车跑过freeway后在马上做smog
check 比较容易过，不过这都是以前的做法，尤其对80年代的用carburator的老车比较
管用，现在的车通常都不需要。你的车完全是个儿特例，Red Box 做不好也只能让你开
100miles再回来碰运气，而真正过不了，还是建议你去dealer.这非常professional.

bull red 扛出 Jetty，满脸的骄傲和满足，那个郁闷阿！ 咱“老中”也要出手一把，

大概快一个小时没动静，突然间，大竿子（boat rod，30LB）轻点两下，然后一下子就
弯成90度，然后就是“吱吱”的出线声。一计虎扑，双手握紧竿子，用力扬竿，沉，真
他娘的沉。立马骑马蹲裆式，将竿尾压在胯下，左手握杆，右手紧抓摇把，扬竿收线；
大家伙一甩尾巴，直接拉着线跑，差点没把我拉进水里。 竿子稍微斜斜，线擦到我的
胳膊，火辣辣的痛； 太生猛了。 还好我竿粗线结实，一番搏斗下来，虽说精疲力竭，
坐那里喘气， 但是 red 还是被我生擒活捉，哈哈。

上周山谷里的温度直奔3位数，于是我们趁着 Pioneer day的长周末进山避暑。这个时
候High Uinta的气温非常宜人，白天60多度，晚上3，40度。比较不爽的是因为今年的
春天多雨，蚊子狂多，天擦黑后基本不要想在外边呆着。我带的一身的雨衣都充当了防
蚊衣的角色。就算这样白天还是被咬了无数的包。:-(
我们这次的目的地是Red Castle Lake,因为据说人会比较少而Red Castle又是整个
Uinta里最上相的山峰之一。去Red Castle Lake有两条路，我和LD都是Alpine Meadow
控，对大片大片翠绿的山坡没有任何抵抗力，所以没怎么犹豫就选择了爬升多1000尺但
景色更好的Bald Mountain Trail. 事实证明山脊上的风景绝对值得多爬这一段。

时，除了少数镜头似曾相识外，完全是看新电影的感觉。
这部电影，不是拍来娱乐观众的。导演的脑子里，从来没有考虑过观众的感受和角度，
完完全全是沉浸在自己的思考中，沉浸在片中人物的感受中。同样是战争题材的顶尖作
品，The Thin Red Line和Saving Private Ryan的区别就是，后者的所有刺激所有震撼
都给了观众————给观众带来最直接最强烈的冲击；前者的所有刺激所有震撼都给了
自己的片中人物————观众受到的冲击是间接传来的，力度因人而异。对战争的真实
展现，后者更强；对战争的剖析思考，前者更深。
影片的镜头运用，如诗如梦，没有战争场面时的镜头，完全会让你忘记这是部战争电影
，导演留了大量的空镜头，一树，一叶，一林，一溪，一花，一海，一帘，一屋，风过
草舞，浮光掠影，无不拍得诗意盎然。片中的战争情节，基本没有情节，观众基本不清
楚这场仗为什么打，在整场战争中这一个战场有何意义，前因后果，最终是胜是负，人

请高人指教此二鹰姓名。我查了这边会有的鹰类，脚得Cooper's Hawk还挺像的，主要
是那个黄色的“鼻环”很有特色，我照片中的倆都是雄性吧？。。。后来我又仔细看了
看，Cooper's Hawk头上有黑毛，而我照的鹰（第二只）头上能明显看到白色条纹。所
以还是请专家们来鉴定吧，我别胡蒙了。
第一只鹰是这样拉到的。我现在走路已经习惯性地仰脖望天儿，说是望天儿，其实都是
聚焦在树杈啊电线杆子啊什么的上面，希望看到有毛有翅膀的我能赶紧咔嚓咔嚓来几张
。那天我依旧这么走道儿，不幸的是，那天刚下过雨，天灰蒙蒙，有毛有翅膀的都不知
藏哪儿了，一路上啥也没瞅见，我这一失望呦。突然间，瞧见了远远的电灯杆子上停着
的他，我这叫一紧张、这叫一兴奋。于是，由远及近，咔嚓了好几张。磕惜好景不常，
我刚走到杆子底下，他就开始注意我，然后没呆多久他就扇着翅膀飞跑了，降落在远处
的另一根杆子上。我这叫一个遗憾呦！因为刚下过雨的过，我有幸地拍到了毛儿半湿状
态的鹰鹰，还近距离目睹了他抖了毛儿的全过程，嘻嘻～

，可以Waive Credit Card Transaction Fee的，比如以前南亚海啸时，American
Express就干过，MasterCard也同意过。American Red Cross在Negotiate这些Deal时的
手腕更高一些，因为它是Four Star Non-profit Charity。这次也许它能在商讨减低处

Call it "a live-action 'Call of Duty.'" Call it "fast, smart, hard." Call it
a remake, a
reimagining, whatever. The new "Red Dawn" is high on our list of action
