为：这起案件之所以激起舆论的强烈回响，正反映出社会的不正常，下面来听一听各界

西安音乐学院大三学生药家鑫被判「故意杀人罪」，处以死刑。并赔偿被害人家属45,

北京宪政学者陈永苗认为这是「一次民意的胜利」。在此之前，中央电视台、公安大学

reflection 主要是便利了 unit testing，业务上用途不大 (it's slow)。但缺少了
reflection，mock test 会变得很吃力。
reflection may also be useful for RPC frameworks. But RPC frameworks tend to
be bulky and inefficient.
runtime code generation (dynamic compilation) is more important than
reflection. |

based on the scores. Scores have predicative values with regard to your
final board pass rate and your performance during residency in some
specialites.

Scores reflect IQ+knowledge (trainable or not).
IVs reflect EQ+interpersonal skills(sociable or not).
Research reflect your dedication(devoted or not).
