看了一篇的文章
有解释为啥Shell Rotella T、Mobil Delvac这些heavy duty diesel oil的Used oil
analysis结果都很突出的原因，普通engine oil是S certification，例如SJ、SM。商
用truck engine oil是C certification， 目前是CI、CJ。C的additive package比S的
牛x很多，但有可能会不兼容乘用车上的catalytic converter。
我的G35目前就在用Shell Rotella T，摩托车下次换油也准备用这个。mobil的
synthetic motorcycle oil 1 quart 12刀，受不了。

不想打击你，但是个人感觉不会很好找。纳米技术还不成熟，尤其是对人体的长期影响
目前还研究得远远不够。所以在制药中用的很少，印象中只有一两个药，因为
bioavailability 比较差，又有generic 竞争，所以reformulation以后用nanosize
particle。其余的，基本只是micronized. 那也都是做formulation的人的事情，跟纳
米材料合成没太大关系。 |

have to pass phase III studies to prove they have efficacy before any filing
. Sometimes PK/PD relationship holds when you change the PK profile, but
sometimes not. So you need not only PK study to prove you get what your want
for the new PK profile, you also need PoC and later Phase III studies for

formualtion. You want to reformulate a solid dosage form (e.g. it might be
nasty to drink your medicine, think about those cough medicine) to be BE
with your approved oral solution. As long as you pass the BE criteria, FDA
wouldn't require you for some phase III study with the solid dosage
formulation. You can market it for the current indication. But I am not sure
if there is any other regulatory/marketing hurdle here (s |
