明明是没有收到支持材料，
居然还发了一个不符合条件的RFE。

今天刚收mailed的rejection notice
“Based on the information you provided, a visa is not immediately available
for your priority date,..."
所以，结论：错过了日期，就等10月份，没必要浪费邮寄费了。

发帖数: 1 | 18 EB1A 140 被批后发现以前有个J1的学生访问，用了5个月时间来做J1 wavier，很顺利
的办完了。
匆忙就提交了485，没想到EB1A竟然排期了（怪自己不细心了）。Rejection notice 的
理由是“ a visa is not immediately available for your priority date"。 所以
我才反应过来查DOS的排期，果不其然的发现EB1A也要排期了。
询问大神：
1）材料全部被邮寄回来了，支票也没有被收，请问这影响下一此申请吗？
2）对现在的身份有影响吗？
3）上次的材料页脚都被USCIS批注了，是不是所有的表和材料都要重新copy一份，不能
再用这次已经用过的了？
4）需要找律师帮忙吗？还是说就跟自己上次弄一样，自己整理完，等到10月份如果开
了就再submit？

送快了，我的排期没有到，差几天。 今天退回来，有几个问题：
1) 我的退回通知上就是说没有到排期，到了重新送。
2）我老婆的比较奇怪,以下是通知内容：
Your application/petition package was submitted with a single remittance and
more or more of the applications(s)/petition(s) were unacceptable for the
reasons specified on the realted notices of action(form I-797)
这里single remittance是什么意思？还有其他什么原因？她只有I-797 A. 我的I-797
上有排期日期（差几天）。是说她排期也没有到？
她和我在I-140批准后结婚，所以主要材料就是我和她两份I-485+G-325A.
4张支票：85+985，85+985。

S. 744已经通过了很久了，到目前为止，都没有出现上述的状态变化。
前面有人说，House会直接Reject掉这个Senate Bill. 因为这个Bill是关于raise

Certification. An original Labor Certification must be completed by the

敢相信律师和移民局的回话，请版上各位帮忙看看接下来如何处理。
我的PD是6/15/2012，过去这段时间的具体情况是这样的：
•03/01：我的排期current
•03/21：律师帮我confurrent filing I-140(with PP) 和 I-485 under EB3C
到TSC
•04/03：律师收到TSC退回的package，里面所有的申请表、支票被盖章
•04/04：律师联系到TSC的Premium Process Unit Supervisor，对方承认错误地
把我的140放到了EB2C类。由于我已经有一个EB2C的记录（2012年同一家公司申请的）
，TSC就把这次的申请打回了。Supervisor说他会立刻update系统里我的分类，让我们
resubmit
•04/09：我重新准备好材料，律师按照那个Supervisor的建议resubmit，并
attention to那个Supervisor

Notice，反倒收到Rejection Notice.
上面说："Recently, you submitted an application for immigration benefits.
That form was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to
process your application. Your check is being returned to you with this
notice. No additional action by you is required at this time."
同时退回来的还有支票。
有没有类似的情形？感觉很奇怪啊，又不是第一次Renew了。是不是移民局搞错了？需
要不需要重新file呢？
