Monthly Flex ePlan，按道理应该是每个月的费用是一样的才对，但搬家之后，发现每
个月账单都在涨。我想问一下，除了这个plan，还有什么推荐的吗？
本人平时不常在家，和室友做饭也不多。我猜可能是最近几个月空调开的有点多。（是
不是制暖要费电？） |

原来在Reliant，后来费率升上来后，被TXU给诱惑去了，没过1、2年，TXU竟然反超
Reliant，加上Reliant给$100 rebate和便宜电费，于2年多以前回归Reliant。从这个
历程可以看出，utility公司基本上就是杀熟，结果就是，每隔1、2年，就得换新的。
这不，Reliant对老客户16.6 c，但是你一查，对新客户只有11.6c。
现在讲一下如何找到便宜可靠的电力公司，很多人都知道，应该到www.powertochoose.
org，没错，我发现这个网站现在搜索、比较功能比以前成熟多了。
首先，是看Customer Complaint Statistics，然后看投诉率Complaint Scorecard，从
可靠角度，我只选择低于平均水平的，也就是前14家（1、2星）。
之后，就是比价格了（compar you choices)，输入zipcode后，列出了所有公司全部计
划。当然，要先看各公司的情况，前面选出的14家，挨个在左下角选择不同公司，然后
，出来每个公司的全部计 |

去，离Reliant center那个方形的楼非常近。google map可以找到这个位置，顺着指示
路标可以找到停车场。停好了车到处都有路标，实在不行就跟人群走，不用担心。
乘坐轻轨在Reliant park station下车。
补充，如果有大一点的孩子，可以去fun on the farm玩，对汽车感兴趣的男孩子不要
错过ford的车展，那里有个移动博物馆可以参观发动机构造。 |

说说电费吧
以前用的是Reliant Energy
觉得有些贵 差不多$0.15一度
后来在4个月前转了一个叫Liberty Power
由于当时转的时候 即将入夏
所以费率比较高 $0.089一度 其他有的公司高价是$0.11-$0.16不等
心想便宜了很多
到了收账单的时候 居然比去年夏天还贵一大截
住个Apt 电费居然能有290
拿着账单看了半天发现是8分9一度没错
但是后面有个叫 TDU 的 charge 很他妈的雷人 居然有94块多
而实际电费只有196 加起来一共290
我拿着跟以前relaint的单子比 reliant的TDU才几块钱
别朋友家的比 有的也只有几块 而有的就是几十
总结出来 别相信那些低价的鬼话 还是要找大公司的 |

发现实际很贵，因为这个所谓的7 CENTS一度电不包括centerpoint delivery charge,
商家在玩文字游戏。如果加上此项费用一度电费用要高不少。
我想请问下屯子的朋友，哪家电公司即使加上这个DELIVERY CHARGE也还是8 CENTS左右
一度的？我想换家电力公司了，觉得每个月都被RELIANT敲竹杠。

的，有钱也不一定能使鬼推磨。就好比CNOOC就只能在Arena里，其他新兴的Petrobras
也不能挤到Reliant Center里。
如果看一下展商手册，中国的企业还是不少的。今年没有时间逛，也看到了CNPC和
SINOPEC(OS)。记得去年COSCO也在比较显眼的位置，不过站柜台的都是老外；去年露天
场地里有好几台机械都是中国企业的。
至于回不回国么，精不精英的问题：哪里都有混日子的人，就像我这不在bbs晃么？ |
