co-op, you will need to pay maintenance fee besides tax. The Maintenance
fee is high in NJ's case, but include some utilities like heat and cooking

写下这篇，抛砖引玉。
因为工作在Cambridge, 孩子上小学，不想commute太远，最符合条件的是Belmont,
Newton Center。有时候也会留意一下West Newton离Franklin比较近的那些房子，因为
离90比较方便，其他方面的交通也很不错。没有考虑Lexington是因为不想为了把孩子
送到顶级学区，自己每天多花单程15-20分钟时间在路上。也是不想孩子学得太幸苦。
我们对孩子们的要求是能上Ivy League固然好，但上个好的公立也不错了。我父母从小
对我放羊，这一点我可能受到影响了吧。
Belmont有两个中文的afterschool program.这点也比较吸引我们。本帖提到的房子都
是Belmont的。
8月份的时候，我们只看开价80多万的房子，后来从70万到180万的房子都留意起来，主

final judge and decision maker.
My recommendation would be this:
1. Do it yourself.
2. Renovate both the front and back yards in the fall, not now.
3. Do a soil test.
4. Do soil drainage and compaction tests.
5. Amend the soil from soil test results between now and the fall. It might
be laughable to do so before planting in the fall, but eventually you'll

在这个板上潜水快5年多了，虽然平时不怎么发言，但是基本上每天都会来转转，从5年
前对摄影什么都不懂，到后来09年看板上deal进了无敌兔，在龙神那里买到第一个35L
，在b神那里买到第一个架子，再到今年从板上得到消息抢到的20X无敌三...我自己学
习摄影的每一步都是跟着这个版走的，就算是现实中拜师学艺恐怕也学不到这么多的东
西，所以真心说对这个版的感情很深，最近的事情实在让人很难受，所以也没法潜水了
虽然没有参加这次的摄影比赛（忙给忘记了），但是之前也参加过佛版和动物园版办的
比赛，虽然最后只拿到一个参与奖的100伪币：） 实话说，我觉得那一次的比赛似乎也
有个别人有刷票的嫌疑，但是最后版务的处理还是很合适的，也没有产生什么风波，像
我这种拿到鼓励奖的也挺高兴，真正起到了团结大家，提高人气的作用。
这次的事情从一开始就看了，就我的感觉和黄帮主帖子描述的大致差不多就不赘述了。
