发帖数: 90 | 2 现在收集联赛reps越来越困难， 有的时候要过好多天才能集齐，这样很不利于赛后的
数据统计和优秀录像评比工作。现设置提交REPS的截至日期为每周日晚11:00 EST，如
果迟交，或者缺录像，要对该队的联赛分数进行扣分，并且会根据情况降该队以后的选
秀排名
具体规则如下：
1. 各队必须于周日晚11:00 EST之前提交比赛REPS. 队长统一收集录像并且发布到BBS
上。
2. 迟于周日晚11:00提交的队伍，比赛小分扣3分。
3. 提交的rep包中缺1盘的队伍，不扣分。缺2盘者，扣比赛小分1分。缺3盘或者3盘以
上的，扣比赛小分2分.
4. 累计扣除小分数打到5分者，扣联赛大分一分。
我觉得最好的办法是1v1和2v2的时候，队长统一收集一次reps, 再打接下来的群殴，比
赛完毕后再收集群殴的reps.
希望大家配合，将联赛的规则尽量的完善，便于联赛的可持续性发展...
补充：比赛双方都要提交REP, 并不只是赢的队伍需要提交 |

俺是beginner小白鼠，初步期望试验结果是cut 两三磅fat，长两三磅muscle。
在各自那一周生活习惯和有氧强度不变的前提下比较一下：
原来小重多reps时：体重不变或降低
现在higher weight, 坚持20 reps，今天称体重比昨天重了一磅多，不知道都是些神马
？虽然一磅多的波动不算啥，但俺的体重在这之前已经N天没变化了。
俺要不管神马练俩月再去测体脂，但so far觉得不想loss lean mass就要保持higher
weight应该是没错的？小重多reps帮助cut好像也应该是没错，跟有氧那个意思差不多
。懂行有经验的给说说？ |

现在renew REP或者办了新护照后把REP转到新护照上面去可以在ica网页上在线
申请了。用singpass办理，办理好后，给一份PDF，就是新的REP，打印出来出入
新加坡就可以使用，复印也OK，不需要在护照上盖章了。自己跑去ica办也就是
给你打印一份这个东西，不给盖章。个人觉的其实还是盖章方便点，不用再带一
份文件出入境。
另外中国的新版护照是可以机读的，拿新版护照的PR出入国时候可以走自助通道，
扫描护照，再按指纹验证就可以。 |

一个rep至少看三遍
每一遍看不同的内容，比如开局，中期，晚期，细节，失误，操作等等
然后还要关掉视角，边看边想，这时候对方在干嘛，对方想干嘛，对方能干嘛。
然后自己如何应对。
看了几次rep后，我功力大增，后来又疏于学习，师父也忙于工作，就在
和westwood3打的前边看了3场zvp，每场看3遍。然后西木同学说打的好多
了。 打星际要动脑子。。。可惜有时候本着放松的心情去玩，也懒得想
那么多啦。

前者应该是用在类似HIIT之类的里面，但是也有说法说需要maintain最大重量

我觉得兵力和攻防都占优，但被对手挠的难受，然后出去，被完美的包夹，3矿对3矿
然后实力差距就体现出来了，被conan完爆

Washington (CNN) - Pennsylvania Rep. John Murtha died Monday as a result
of recent gallbladder surgery complications which arose from doctors
accidentally nicking Murtha's intestines, a source close to the late
congressman has told CNN. The procedure was "routine minimally invasive
surgery," but doctors "hit his intestines," the source said.
