毒品上瘾的，包括海洛因，能不能戒掉是一回事，但是一但进了医院，还是很容易控制
的。一般情况不需要打镇定剂。
但是酗酒就难多了，即使进了医院，很多时候有生命危险。很多医院，都把急性酗酒的
