而且retal car最后全部进入二手市场
没听说有什么特别的问题
你要不放心，可以用用hertz的rent to buy
租来来几天，跑跑各种路况，可以找车店好好检查，没问题了再买 |

BODYSHOP的人劝我们Claim保险,还说可以顺便把splash guard也换了,因为上面也有刮
痕. 不知道走保险对BODYSHOP有什么好处? 能多收点?
我的保险有retal. 报collision. 你的意思是告诉保险公司你租车,但实际不租,能拿到
租车的现金? 保险公司不需要看租车的receipt吗? 没经验,以前没CLAIM过.

那车不是我家的，我爸的车送修，他们给的一个rental car是sequoia. 当时我们一家
子都在车里，就local上开的，没在高速上，然后就听见砰的一声响，但是应该撞的不
厉害。我爸就把车换到旁边的lane打算跟后面的那个车交涉，谁知道那人一看见我们没
有堵在前面赶快就跑了，那时候就在想真是的，居然要自己来cover这个retal car,然
后找了个parking lot停下来看看，我爸下去了之后来了一句你们猜猜撞成什么样了，
我们都说是不是bumper破掉了或者干脆掉下来了，我爸说你自己下来看看。然后我妈，
我和我弟都没有发现任何擦痕……连一点痕迹都没有，还车的时候直接没提这事儿。后
来跟一个toyota的家伙说起来这个，他说是因为sequoia based on a truck frame所以
就是很结实，但是开起来蛮颠。
老爸说这是他第二次遇到这种事了，还有一次他还在念书的时候开的一个什么车也是被
rear-end然后没有痕迹的，忘了是什么车了。 |

flood insurance, fire insurance and earth quake insurance. sometimes HOA
will be expensive if they cover more and if they have very good facilities
such as community gym, swimming pool...etc.
If HOA only cover minimum but property is way too old which might need alot
maintenance, you might need to consider carefully since old condo's HOA will
increase more later for maintenance.
