香水女很美
她上下楼，电梯里都是香水的味道，所以叫香水女
她很高，身材匀称，长发微卷，长得也特别漂亮
她打扮得很时髦也得体，有时候前卫，有时候retro
偶尔我灰头土脸的带着豆腐在电梯里和她遇到
她会弯下身来，摸摸豆腐，跟豆腐说豆腐是个sweetie pie，告诉豆腐她真soft
闻着她的香水味，看她翩翩在三层下了电梯
我得出结论，美丽的香水女是爱狗的人，我更喜欢香水女了

date是个小胖子，络腮胡子，每次在楼下等香水女，他都戴个墨镜坐在车里
大概有六七辆不同的车吧
其中随便一辆，我这辈子估计也买不起
只认识奔驰和奔利，还有一辆红色truck
几个月前，还是早春微凉的星期六早晨，我拉着豆腐在门前的草地上nn
那是我第一次看到胖date，还有他的奔利
几分钟后，香水女优雅的从楼里走了出来，微笑着说了声hi

pay stub不是file change of status的时候就要提交的？只是他们可能问你要？他们
问你要的三个月的pay stub,是从你file的这一天前面的三个月，还是他们问你要的这
一天的前三个月？
因为LD已经停止工作了，公司说跟他的雇佣关系到这个月月底（但是pay stub只有到五
月底的，还有最后一张所谓retro pay,是跟公司negotiate的一个东西，上面写的日期
是从去年10月到今年五月）。学校OIS的人跟我说那就不行了，因为你要在F2得到
approval之前都要在H1b上面。但是我又看到有说法说只要你file的时候还没有out of
status就可以。。。

几个月过去了， 发个后续，分享一下我在这个经历中学到什么。
第一， 我们决定没找到工作之前就不去夏威夷了， 但婚还是要结。我们夏天的时候注
册了， 没有任何
仪式，简单到不能再简单， 不过大家都觉得很踏实。
第二， 关于失业， 其实没那么可怕。 心理建设很重要， 不要把目标当成目标， 只
当成行动的结果
就可以。我给自己的心里建设是， 不要设限说什么时候一定要找到工作，而是告诉自
己， 总会找到工
作的，或早或晚， 总有一份工作等着每个人。而且，当找到新工作的时候， 你会觉得
， 你对失业这件
事就免疫了。
第三， 关于求职。 工作市场不比三年前我们刚毕业的时候， 但还是有一些机会。而

networking确实很重要， 有很多公司其实要， 但不会贴出招人的广告。 找工作就是

EB1B, with just a couple of letters and a new PL, etc, then it won't cost
too much.
The backlog thing is random with the possibility to be retro-ed, etc, so no
one knows how it will be.

eb2c will catch too many of
so and eb2i cannot cleaned up, he has to retro eb2i next year.
Which is a problem for him.
So the only safe way is to move cutoff date slowly making sure eb2i is
covered.

happen after that ? do you think they'll retrogress again ? or keep moving

USCIS never guarantee that your case will be processed to complete when
your priority date is current. But as long as the cut-off date does not
retro-regress, they should still process those cases in the next month whose
priority date are already current in this month. |

Known demand for EB2 IC from USCIS is close to 10k. If available visas ( we
don't know but DOS knows in last qtr ) > 10k , lets assume its 11k for now.
Then DOS will go ahead and grant those 1k visas to NVC cases. If those 1k
visas good enough to reach April 2008 in NVC queue then date will be set for
that. If those visas are more and can reach upto end of 2008 then date will
be that.
It all depends on how far those extra visas can go in NVC queue. Side effect

If didn't have faith in 律师, then DIY. You'll need to spend a few days to
research doc list, fill in forms, etc. But they are not rocket science. Just
need lots of patience. I did it myself (in 2 weeks). There is a web page in
USCIS site tells you how to bind and mail your applications.
Mail it in mid January is kind of risky. What if VB retros next month? It's
unlikely but still possible. |

all exams are ok, Prepare forms and docs and mail it before 27th (Friday) to
ensure delivery on/before 30th. But doable.
