或更重要。包括但不限于，研发能力、市场推广能力、物流能力、资金效率、管理能力
、企业内部文化是不是自由而内耗少，等等等等。对于科技企业，很多人往往过度
focused在产品上，或进一步说在产品的外观及一些cool features上。尤其是我们中国
人，从小受的教育就是黑白教育。一个事情不是黑，就一定是白。不是对，就一定错。
这种方法对，那种方法就一定错。说的RIMM和AAPL上，那个公司好，这个公司就一定不
好。
前一段GOOG出GOOGLE PHONE，用的它自己的系统，卖了一段，卖不动了。它的产品那么
不好？GOOG的产品不够炫？不是。因为卖PHONE和系统，需要的不仅仅是有个产品，更
重要的是其他BUSINESS方面的东西。
再说回到RIMM,作为一个科技企业，对市场反应相当的快。它的系统开放性和别人不太

bug ridden.” Kumar says the company has “jettisoned” Marvell from the
PlayBook in favor of a processor from Texas Instruments.
Not least, Kumar contends the trouble RIMM had with the Marvell chips could mark
“the beginning of the end for Marvell RIMM.”

too much sense, as some one has to take over RIMM's market share.
but it could be the case that institutional money thinks the compeition will
heat up, rivals like HTC or Samsung, everyone cuts prices, and this could
lower the margin, just like what happended in airline industry.
Plus lots of headwinds down the road, at least before Labor Day. |
