级革命中都是如此，这主要由于苏共对国共两党早期的发展成型都起到至为关键的推动
作用，而在苏共中占据了重要地位的犹太人也因此成为中国近代革命中重要的幕后推手。
中国近代革命是在各种外国势力利用和扶植下发展起来的。从英政府通过外交干涉清政
府对孙中山的伦敦绑架案，打造了孙中山革命英雄的形象，到中国同盟会在日本侵华组
织黑龙会牵线下成立并获得日本政府的直接资助，无不体现了这一点。创立了中国近代
史上著名的宋氏家族的宋嘉澍无论对于孙中山民主革命思想的形成和其革命运动的资助
都起到决定性作用，而曾经资助宋嘉澍完成在美国的大学学业使他成传教士并在他返回
中国后又帮助他成为大资本家的他的养父美国银行家Julian Carr，同样也是孙中山的
重要资助者。

前些年有些人对钱钟书的指责大都不着边际：指责老钱没有知识分子的社会良心，
人家是书斋里的学者，又不是职业学运分子；说他学问做得太小，没有自己建构一
套思想体系云云，则完全是近年来学风虚浮的反映——人人谈思想，无人做学问，
整天云遮雾罩地空谈没有任何内容的大理论，误导学生。
反之，赞誉钱钟书的读者多佩服他学贯中西，通晓多门外语，旁征博引，论证
严谨，高山仰止。然而在我看来，钱钟书的问题恰恰全都出在考据学的严谨上。
举《谈艺录》我随手翻到的三个例子：
1)(六)神韵之附说八 钱氏好为比较文学，将中西相似或暗合的说法罗列比对。
此处言西洋mind与soul之殊，一通眼花缭乱的引文之后，云“Nous也，Animus也，
Geist也，Mind也，皆宋學家所謂義理之心也。[Lucretius,III,140之consilium
及menten.] 而Psyche也，Anima也，Seele也，Soul也，皆宋學家所謂知覺血氣
