星期六有同事来家里作客，第一次尝试做红烧鲫鱼，因为比较成功，
特发文纪念。 :)
最麻烦的是杀鱼，因为偶和roomie mm其实都害怕至及。不过最后还
是偶硬着头皮"操刀上阵"。关键要把鱼鳞刮干净,还有要把鱼儿肚肚
里的内脏和鱼腮都处理掉（可怜偶那个时候手都在发抖呀...）
弄干净以后在鱼肚皮上横切几刀,浇生抽、料酒，薄薄洒上一曾盐、
味精，加入葱段和姜片，最后在鱼身上裹一层鹰炸粉（或者淀粉）。
开大火起油锅，七八分热的时候改中火，将鱼下锅煎至八分熟时捞出。
在油锅里浇入李锦记特鲜生抽、毫油、糖、盐、味精、薄勾芡水，
炒到较稠的时候把鱼放入同煮，盖上锅盖闷一会儿，起锅前再洒上
葱花就可以了。hmmm~~~ 味道那个香啊...
下个星期想试试糖醋带鱼。:) |

怎么办?? 捉又捉不住它!
和偶第一次看见它的时候比已经胖了整整一圈啦!
这两天天天晚上就听到它西西梭梭的咬东西,
厨房里能被它咬的都咬过了,
有天晚上居然还咬偶的床,听的偶起了一身鸡皮疙瘩~
想买老鼠药,可是怕它吃了死在哪个角落腐烂发臭了偶们还找不着.
偶想问同事借只猫猫来,可roomie说现在的猫都不吃老鼠光吃猫粮.
要不去买老鼠夹?老鼠是不是喜欢吃cheese的?
放cheese好还是放饼干好 |

发帖数: 154 | 11 下午请了半天假,在team head的推荐下,和大学好友及roomie mm一起到离
A城不远的Utrecht玩了半天.发现春天真的是来了,太阳晒的人暖洋洋的,
路边的树上都吐出了绿芽(//分特,...象小学生作文... :))
登上了Dom Tower,一百多米高的塔,就象古堡一样,里面有点阴冷.可登上了
塔尖之后,却看到外面明媚的春光,和整个Utrecht的美景.春风迎面而拂,感
觉春天就象在空气中飘动一样.
下塔以后在运河边的酒吧坐下休息,惊人的发现是Utrecht帅哥众多!也许是
大学城的关系,偶们见到的竟然十有八九都是年轻人,T恤+中裤,却是很阳光
的感觉.晒在太阳下,托着下巴,喝着冰镇饮料,看着来来往往的SSGG,真是人
生一大享受.建议喜欢看帅哥的mm可以到Utrecht一游,保证你不枉此行! :PPP
晚上到老板推荐的一家西班牙餐厅去吃饭.看来老板还是有眼光的,虽然那家
餐厅外表看上去毫不起眼,可里面的装饰和音乐都非常有西班牙特色,菜也做
的不错,尤其是用一种西班牙酒烧的虾,鱿鱼圈和加garlic炖出来的pork,真的
非常好吃呀!
而且老板态度也很好,象偶们推荐了东西 |

今天我早晨醒来，看着外面烟雨蒙蒙的波士顿，想起了去年的生日，
和roomie mm从外面wk回来，就看到了大家在版上给我的生日祝福。
一年后的今天，在这个寂静的象全世界人都彻底消失的夜晚，
等我从无聊的昏睡中再次醒来，无可奈何的捧起极其tedious的casebook,
居然又看到了大家的生日祝福，没想到大家居然还记得我，
真的是看的我鼻子一酸，眼泪差点儿都掉了下来...
到了美国以后，我活的象个陀螺，
在一个预定的轨道上不停的转啊转...
现在几乎已经有点麻木，来不及回忆，也来不及憧憬。
可是一个人坐在这样安静的一个夜里，
不经意中看到从大西洋那头传来的大家的祝福，
我真的是如此如此的感动...
因为我终於明白：在欧洲的那三年的时光，
还有那些教堂，飞鸽，飘雪的冬天，古老的街灯，中世纪的鹅卵石小路，
连同你们这些生动可爱的虫虫，
终将是我生命中无法磨灭的一部分。 |

红线车站步行3分钟。有一间屋子8/1号会空出来，每月440加utility, 夏天大概50，冬
天65左右。（incl. direct tv, internet and etc.)
房子有两层，1.5 bath。 3个卧室在楼上, living room，garage在楼下。如果有车可
以趴garage外面。
另外一个室友是白人，both of us works in the loop。想找一个outgoing一点的室友
/朋友，如果每天大部分时间你会呆在屋子里面，见到室友不说话，或者太斤斤计较的
话就请不要回复了。we want to find a roomie who we can hang out w/ as well.

两大箱行李，在机场晕头转向，怆然四顾，宛然如

六年前到普度，一个博士读下来，每年都去志愿迎
新，年年岁岁花相似，岁岁年年人不同。想来我带
着去买过菜的新生不少都毕业了吧，曾经是我roomie
