MASTER 夺冠 quail hollow 要不是rory变态的第4轮phil也应该夺冠，
player在tiger quit之前phil一直都在争冠之列， tiger周日一退赛， phil马上萎了
。 memorial昨天skin game phil9洞全拿， 今天又是大勇。
反过来, tiger没参加的， 他不是miss cut就是毫无机会。 这是为啥妮·？？ |

Tour. Whenever he plays a practice round, he plays 18 in about 3 hours,
never checks yardages much, and has never shot over 70. I think his
ADD (not official, but he, his wife, and experts say he most likely
has it) gets him out of concentration by having to take so long and having
pressure. Glad hge finally broke out of his shell and won a good tournament!

转。 少来LOWER BACK PAIN。
For medical, only the middle part of our spine (thoratic spine) is able to rotate. However lower back (lumbar spine) is forbiden to be rotated. SWING 开始下身带动上身转，
FINISH 时上身带动下身转， 如果脚扎实不动或小动， 那动量只能多靠身体内的TENSION来削减。
如果身体尽量锁定， 靠脚和地之间的BRAKING 来制动， 理论上是对身体好. bubba watson stand upright quickly during finish. i guess it is good medical wise.
最近把GOLF 球鞋从车库找出来， 把底下的钉子拔了， 当一般皮鞋穿。 免得浪费 :

我觉得他完全可以悠着打。少发力. drive 330+ vs drive 290, there is no
obviously advantage for 7500 yard course. maybe advantage if all course
play 8500 - 9000 par 72. it would be fun to watch Jim Furik, tim clark 之流玩着老命轮DRIVER的样子。。。 to play 8500 yard course....
这也是WATSON 赢的不多的原因吧。BUT 但是看来他不是那种悠着打人.

both us open and pga championship benefit long drivers, the reason is very s
imple.
the green for majors are very firm and fast, if you approach green from long
iron, the ball can not stay on the green. think about how Tom Waston lost h
is last year british open. his approach was bouncing off the green.
for long driver, he can approach the green with wedge or short iron, he can

Alvaro Quiros, another long hitter (maybe longer than DJ and bubba), is @
top of the leaderboard now.
while KJ choi, a short hitter with exceptional good iron/short game, is
also top of leaderbd.
it is good masters won by guys making greats shots, rather than solid guys
but not spectacular. |
