As I understand it, these decisions apply only to Massachusetts. However, if
they're appealed and the circuit court upholds them, that ruling will apply
to the entire circuit. If the US Supreme Court also upholds, it will apply
to the whole country and Part 3 of DOMA will be history. Meanwhile, other
courts will consider Tauro's rulings in future decisions. F |

was appointed to the bench by George W. Bush. The case centers around Karen

1.FL MI是违反了规则,但是其他至少三个州SC,Iowa, NH也都违反了规则,把初选日期提
前.
2.其他三个州为什么没有受到惩罚? NH还成立了个委员会调查了一下,结论是他们被SC
超过去了,所以必须往前挪,就不惩罚了.那SC为什么DNC和什么什么committee连个屁都
不放,还说什么能更好体现voter diversity!!~~
3.真正Rule只给了****committee权利剥夺一半的PD,为什么MI FL这么惨,一下全被剥夺
了?
4.Rule还说谁违反规则去竞选了(不是筹款,不是选后庆祝),谁就应该什么PD都没有.BO

Following the House's earlier lead, the Senate has passed a bill that
repeals the onerous 1099 reporting requirements outlined in the 2010 health
care reform package. The bill now heads to the White House, where Preisdent
Obama is expected to sign it. In his State of the Union speech in January,
Obama indicated that he would support efforts to repeal the 1099 rules.

this evening that it has unilaterally decided not to implement a key
provision of Obamacare on schedule. By law, Obamacare’s employer mandate
— its requirement that businesses with 50 or more workers provide federally

This happened just last week. All wholesale lenders now won't give loan to
foreigners with less than 36 month valid time left if the applicants are on
H1B visas.
I asked for anything in written for this new rule. The broker said no public
information yet, but he received the checklist from lenders.
Can somebody confirm this?? Only brand new H1B visas have 36 months left,
this is ridiculous. |

信用超过3年以上，分数750左右。有房贷，卡的balance很低。
3月25 apply freedom 30K points after first use（maill offer） point还没有到帐
然后4月20日，同一天apply 了United 55K + $50 review & Approve
还有Sapphire 40K point after first use （收到信） review & decline
今天收到信，然后打了reconsider 888-245-0625，再次被拒因为one month rules
然后再打888-609-7805，还是one month rules，就是不能一个月内多次申请chase卡，
但为何批了untied卡? 不过可以取消其中一张卡move credit limit去换sapphire。
1.现在就是一个月内还可以打过去argue，我的想法是等chase freedom point到帐了，

J1签证的two year rule到8月底满，申请h1b签证填写ds160表时，有选项问是否曾持有
j1签证且回国服务不满两年，因为现在确实还不满，填否的话，不符合实际情况，填是
的话，可能就直接悲剧了
看到版友说上海h1b签证的预约9月份只有4天可选，突然着急了，担心预约不上。。
有童鞋遇到类似情况吗，能不能提前预约呢？J1的选项，是否可以先填否，保证面签的
时候是两年期满的，就可以？ |

各位老大，请教一个关于两年约束的问题，
我目前人在德国，有两位在这里的师兄最近
都拿到了去US博后的J1签证，有意思的是
他们两个人的签证上都写着:
Bearer is not subject to section 212(E).
Two year rule does not apply.
这样是不是意味着他们这样的J1就不需要豁免了?
小弟也在考虑申请US博后，所以比较关心，这两位
师兄都是拿中国护照，还有一个是首次赴美，
请知道的各位老大给一个回复，非常感谢的！ |
