Blade Runner开篇未来世界里的洛杉矶和The Matrix Revolutions中的机器城市有些神似
，到处都燃烧着火球，整个城市看起来就像从未见过阳光，还有外国语的霓虹广告牌，有
些异域风情又有些危险的市中心里挤满了移民住户。这情形让人心生疑问，是不是每个科
幻电影的导演对未来的想象都碰巧一样呢。但是Blade Runner不需要为这些巧合作任何解
释，它才是所有科幻电影的开始，在David Lynch的Dune之前，也在很多其他对Philip K
Dick精彩小说所作的要命的改变之前。
导演Ridley Scott对电影基于的原文（“机器人会梦见电子绵羊吗？”）的改编一点儿都

穿的非常职业，身材也非常runner，身材不高，大概165cm，觉得各项指标都是perfect
for a runner, 跑的挺快的，应该是8min以内的pace。从路线来看，weekly mileage
应该在25+.昨天下雪她也在外面冒雪跑，虽然地上有2寸的雪，也跑的不慢，非常佩服
。昨天特想下来问问她穿的哪双鞋。可惜平时能遇上她的那几迈不好停车。
还有个很瘦小的男人，也穿得很职业，平时腰上挂4瓶水，肯定是个long distance
runner，在大概5迈的距离内的不同点看到过他。可惜不常见，可能是时间关系。平时
也是8min以内的pace。
夏天100+F那几星期里头，跟我一样跑sidewalk的，只有这两个。可是冬天到了，我就
窝到室内了，shame.
以前还见过一个老头，绝对70岁以上，说75+都不过分。跑的不快，大概10的pace，但也绝对是20+的weekly mileage。这老头老是在我跑步回程的路上遇上。 |

runners coming out of eastern africa.
it's not fair to count monica as a runner on this board, since she never
posted an article here, as far as I know. otherwise, I can certainly also
claim to know male runners personally who have bettered a 2:50 marathon time. |

我这两个月开始跑步以来，跑完步都会发寒。
如果你不知道什么是runner's chill，那是最好，如果你也有，一定知道那种体寒的感
觉，基本只有靠热水澡和喝热汤才能舒服一点。这个chill跟你跑的长短几乎没有关系
，肯定不是没体力。
我的情况：
一直都比较怕冷。冬天同桌帮我捂手怎么都捂不热。去动物园，红外摄像，别人体表是
白的，我的是黑的。还有就是经常午饭前会冷，吃饭之后就好了。
但是：
我以前跑步没有这种情况。
我跑步没有汗水流湿。我跑前饮食应该足够。不是没有能量。
跟09-10年对比：
我今年开始cut了米面的摄入，大概是以前的2/3。增加了蔬果汁。其他饮食没有变化
我看到很多论坛有人讨论，但有结论的不多。直到我看到这篇：

男子第10基本都是92-93%左右，不管是什么距离，说明各个距离的
百分比大体还是一致的，不存在5K百分比比马拉松容易的问题,
版上很多马拉松百分比跟不上5K百分比的，只能说明有氧能力还是不足..
达到85%以上就是Runners World定义的elite runner, 这个标准
目前跑版还没人能达到..
另外还有篇文章讲了下Marathon runners also need 5K training,
年复一年的马拉松训练很容易导致瓶颈，和很多教练建议的一样，
建议大家看看..

在卡塔尔的时候，喜欢读书的同事组织了一个book club。我跟风买了book club列出的
所有书，但是基本没有读完。。。
读得最多的是kite runner，跳跃着基本看完了。据说是前两年美国的一本best seller
。是一个在美国的阿富汗人写的关于阿富汗的小说，据说要拍电影了（现在电影已经拍
完上映了好像）。拉着风筝助跑的人叫kite runner。现在回想，那本书我到底看了大
半，而且故事还算吸引人——所以才能看个大半。那本书的情节构成感觉有点假，但是
非常象好莱坞的电影那样戏剧化耶。另外一点有印象的是，那本书里的一个重要的风筝
——竟然是蓝色的大片风筝。外国人做风筝没有中国的艺术造型倒不算稀奇，稀奇的是
，蓝色的风筝？蓝色的确是一种特别可爱和漂亮的颜色，我也很喜欢。但是，蓝天上放
蓝色的风筝？我感觉怎么这么怪呀，赫赫。

发帖数: 6 | 32 前一阵子突然想买回一本Gay Romance Story来看，找到了PNW的 The front runner。
也许对于很多达人，这本书已经不陌生了。有了Brokeback Mountain的阅历，我感到自己已有足
够的心理底线，没想到最后看完还是愕然。看来，很多Review都说：This book has long
lasting effects，还真的一点不错。
这本书真的是70年代的LGBT的经典著作，以Harlan Brown的角度，写了一个优秀的长跑
运动员Billy Sive美丽的一生，写了他的奋斗，爱情，抗争和最终的猝然离世。（我用
美丽这个词，也许cheezy，但是真找不到其他更适合更直接的词了）。作为一个女性作
者，PNW能把一个GAY的爱情故事写的如此细致入微感人至深，真的是让人深深敬佩。
现在的美国，与当时相比，对于Gay已是天壤之别。但在回到国内，还不尽然。对留学
生来说，一方是保守的祖国，另一方是DADT都已废除了的美利坚，他们真的是跨越了两
个世界的人。所以，相信留学生们，甚至那些生活已经安定下来的前辈，都会在这本书
中找到属于自己的的共鸣。

发帖数: 3714 | 36 一星期前看了第一遍，带来的连锁反应是我一激动就跑去把一直看不进的《STAR
WARS》还有《STAR TREK》都给看了。这两个都有无穷多系列，所以我到现在也只
是各看了其中之一，并且竖立了花寒假时间慢慢把系列看完的决心而已。
这几年里，数得出来的找“老”系列看的，就只有那个《PLANET OF APES》了。对
于科幻啊打仗类的，我一向不算太有兴趣，因为电视上瞥见的仿造粗制的太多了。
对于好的作品，我还是很能欣赏的。可是一部电影带来这么大的震撼，这个《
BLADE RUNNER》，真让我想不出什么对应物来，勉强要说的话，一年多前的《
BRAZIL》大概算得上有类似效应吧。
用中文GOOGLE关键词，能找到的链接，大多是关于那个同名游戏的。相比较于无穷

4 runner总的来说还是不错的，就是不知道自动加速问题解决了没有
如果是25k多那个，明显贵了点
毕竟4 runner不算那种需要订购的抢购型车子

本人一周去gym四到五次，每次一个小时，尝试过椭圆机，自行车和各种力量器械，有
时参加group class。一次骑一个小时自行车，出不少汗。练力量器械时，一组7-12，
中间休息半分钟。不管怎么练，我在几年中只有几次练完觉得精神特别放松，不知是不
是"runner's high"，太享受这种感觉了。其他时候练完都没有感觉精神那么放松，肌
肉也不酸痛，也不知什么原因？请大伙说说怎样在骑自行车时达到runner's high，怎
样骑车锻炼最能放松精神？ |

练习跑步还是处于起步阶段，去年夏天5k跑了28分，计划3月底参加一个8k。去了
runner's world拉了一张训练表，点了中档训练强度，可是两个礼拜跑下来觉得好像有
点太简单了。
比如，一个星期跑三次，让我long run的那天跑 6 miles，@11：19，可是这样不就只
有5.5左右的速度么？还是我读错了理解有误？今天gym要关门，所以赶时间59分钟跑完
了6mile，觉得还行，也不是特别累，心跳保持在165－175之间。是不是说明runner's
world的训练表太简单了，还是就是应该这样循序渐进？现在我8k50分钟跑完应该没有
太大问题，目标是45分钟跑完，可行么？应该怎样训练？

标 题: 终于我也runner's knee了，现在应该练些什么？

没想到跑了这么些年都没事，终于今年也把膝盖伤了。一开始没在意，接着跑，后来膝
盖疼痛加重，网上查查，确定是著名的runner‘s knee.
停跑了两个月，症状减轻，但是下楼，跑步的时候还是会疼。只能等它自己恢复了。
休息了两个月，尤其还是在夏季。觉得浑身都要长毛了。我自己是力量非常弱的人，想
趁这个机会加强一下上肢和core的力量。
各位大牛们，推荐下现在都应该练些什么好？成套的动作？或者器械啥的？一直都没怎
么系列练过。
还有就是我现在的情况，能跑椭圆机么？ |
